Located in South Forest Beach, this lovely villa for $159 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Park your car and prepare to relax in our inviting, renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located in the heart of South Forest Beach. Seascape Villas is directly across the street from the ocean. Located in the very front of the complex between Coligny Plaza (wonderful shopping, dining, and entertainment) and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines Plantation (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog). The complex sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails. There is a Beach Cabana (bathrooms and open shower/foot bath) located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners & guests. There are two salt water pools located on the grounds and we also have direct access to the wonderful bike paths on the island. WE HAVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH RIDING TIGERS BIKE RENTALS FOR DISCOUNTED PRICING ON BIKE RENTALS FOR OUR GUESTS. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE YOUR BIKES Newly renovated two story townhome, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Bedrooms & bathrooms are located on the second floor. Living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor. This high end renovation has a cooks quality kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, full size laundry equipment, comfortable living room with HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi, plus a deck with a grill that overlooks a pool. Walk or bike to Coligny Plaza with over 60 local shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. SUN & FUN in one place! Hurricane Season runs from the beginning of June to the end of November. We highly recommend purchasing the VRBO travel insurance which covers mandatory evacuations (for example) in additional to other unforeseen circumstances. Call VRBO for more details and pricing.

Everything was nice, lots of extras at condo, just about anything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms all on second floor so no bathroom on main floor if u have trouble with steps. The deck is nice, and literally 10 steps to pool entance. The beach is across the road, prob 1000 ft or so. Has a keurig, beach wagon, chairs, toys.

This was our second time staying at this property, and we had a wonderful time! The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Her response time was very quick. We loved having the pool right off the deck. It was such a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed grilling out in the evenings and relaxing on the deck or in the pool area. The walk to the beach is a breeze as it’s right across the street. It couldn’t be a better location! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Property is in a very good location, a private path to the beach located across the street from the home. Several beach restaurants/bars within a short walking distance. Coligny plaza slightly further but very walkable, we really enjoyed the coffee shops, restaurants and shopping at Coligny. Short driving distance to Harbourtown, Shelter Cove offering many great restaurants and golf courses. Bike Trail right runs though the property. The home has had some nice recent upgrades done though it could use a paint refresh in a couple of areas. The pool area was nice, very close to the home. Home owner was easy to deal with and responsive to the few requests we had. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope we can return at some point in the future. We definitely recommend this property.

Clean and well stocked. Nice pool, convenient beach chairs and wagon. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. Regular coffee maker and Kuerig available. Nice pool in complex. Clean but a little dated. We used the grill for our stay-in dinners. If you look at nearby complex pricing for this unit is very reasonable. Close beach access and Coligny Park restaurants and shops. We plan coming back next year.

Can't say enough about how great the property was. Very close to the beach (250 yards if I remember right) with a nice pool on the property (right outside the back deck). The communication with Gina was great, we needed one thing while we were there and she made it happen so fast. Would definitely recommend booking this property.

The property was as-advertised, was clean and well-stocked with the basics (i.e. paper products, cleaning supplies, plates, pans, appliances, etc.). There were also some fun toys/games for the kiddos. Also, the property is indeed a very close walk to the beach (right across the street), not to mention that the pool is steps away out the back door (probably <25 steps). It is also well within walking distance to Coligny Plaza (even with 3 kids under 7)! Finally, the property owner/manager was very easy to contact and was very responsive. There are a few sets of stairs, however, so it may not be the place for families with kids not able to safely navigate stairs, but otherwise it is an excellent place to stay. 5+ Stars!

We stayed here for a winter warm up. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. Easy to get everywhere from this location. The condo was will appointed and clean. Would stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It has a nice open living room and dining room and a fabulous patio. It is one of the closest units to the beach and a short walk to lots of eating/shopping options. Master bedroom was also spacious and had a king-sized bed. Function kitchen with wash/dryer. We did not cook, but looked like it had everything you could need.

Gina was great to work with and very accommodating. The property is just as it looks and is described. You cannot beat this location. We loved the immediate access to the pool and extremely easy walk to the beach. We had our own beach chairs but there were chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon, etc to use if needed. There was no shortage of supplies as the kitchen has all the cooking utensils we needed for any cooking in we did. We would book this property again.

Great location. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool is right out the back door. The back patio is great! Restaurants, stores and entertainment are close by. Property should hire a new cleaning crew. Other than that, good stay.

This property is the perfect place to stay, close to the beach, pool in backyard, close to shopping & restaurants. Although this listing says it sleeps 6, there is only enough beds for 5. The couch is comfortable & one of my teens used that. I would book this again.

My wife and I stayed here with our son and friends with a young child too. We had a great time with plenty of room for 2 pack and plays. The upstairs was a nice surprise, couldn't tell the bedrooms were on a separate floor.

Went to HH for a golf trip with family, did not spend time at the beach, though it was only a short walk. Set up was ideal for our group, location was great for golf and owner was very helpful and easy to contact.

Great location just across from the beach. Perfect size for family of 4 who decided last minute to get away for thanksgiving since we could be with extended family. Owner was extremely gracious to provide additional cooking utensils for a Turkey dinner. Much appreciated!

Our place was very clean and convenient to everything. We rented bicycles for the week and was close enough to everything that we didn't have to drive all week. Owner checked on us via email to make sure everything was wonderful and gave us ideas on things to do and to go to. We will definetly rent this place again!

The rental process was very easy. The villa looks exactly like the pictures in the description. The beach is close by, a short 5 minute walk. The owner was extremely fast in responding to the one issue we had. Thanks Gina we had a great time!

We really had a great stay here. Condo is not even 5 minutes from great beach (it's the closes condo on property to beach I think), has pool right outside, is large enough. Condo is actually nicer then on pictures as there are more things on walls that make it cozier. We did have quite a few bugs in the kitchen but owner said that that had to do with sprayer not being anble to access property due to covid? Anyway, overall great stay and would advise.

Perfect two bedroom apartment for two couples or for a family with kids. We were only my husband and I. The place is a little outdated but with updated kitchen and bathrooms. It had everything we needed, complete kitchen item. We prepared all our meals there. It had beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. We had a minor problem with the lock (it needed batteries), and the owner came to fix it very quickly. The place is only a very short walk to the beach (5 minute walk). We brought our own bikes and rode everywhere, included the grocery store. Overall it was a grest place to stay.

This condo was great! Everything you would need is there! Gina was awesome to work with, very accommodating and flexible. She made sure everything was in order and was readily accessible if we had any questions. I would recommend this condo to others and will be staying there again!
