This property is great for one or two people. Although on the third floor, there was easy access to an elevator or stairs. Access to the beach was very easy and it is a fabulous beach for walking. The kitchen, although small, was as well-equipped as many larger places we have stayed. Everything was very clean. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The condo is small but well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is right off the beach but still within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet with almost no traffic noise. Note, however, that the area is very dark at night as there are no or very few street lights due to environmental concerns. Large leafy trees overhanging the sidewalks are very picturesque, but makes for limited visibility. Bring a flashlight if you intend to walk around at night.

Place was just what we had hoped for. The only thing I could think of suggesting would be a new mattress. We were there for Oyster festival and it was a very fun time.

The condo was very nice. Updated. The furniture was nice and comfy. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He responded quickly. The location was awesome. The condo is so very close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Pictures are very accurate here but do not do justice to how close the beach, the walking paths, eating and shopping are. Plus how nicely appointed everything is- the space is used so well. Wonderful place!

Stayed for 3 nights. Older building but nicely remodeled, easy beach access. Outside of property was well maintained and good lighting at night. Perfect for two people, had all the basic things needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a brief stay, but it was very enjoyable. We didn't receive our parking pass ahead of time, but I notified the host, and he left it in the unit for us, so it worked out fine. The location is wonderful - we ate meals at restaurants in Coligny, and never moved our car after arrival until we left. The weather was great, so we enjoyed walking. The balcony was comfortable with a view of the ocean we really enjoyed. The unit was very convenient to the elevator - an unexpected bonus when moving in and out!

The condo was ready for us when we arrived and the check in procedure was simple, a code to the gate and door. The entrance was directly to the bedroom with a queen bed, followed by a hallway with entrance to the bathroom, and a combined living area with kitchen, dining. A very quaint apartment, and what a view from the balcony, of the ocean over the sand dunes. The property is in a 3 story complex (elevator included) with parking underneath the ground floor, a short walk on a board walk over the dunes to the beach. From there it was a short walk to the Coligny shopping district, many nice restaurants, and public beach. The ocean was still warm enough to swim in, and the beach seems groomed. The condo had everything a couple would need, a beautiful walk-in shower, even coffee pods and tea bags were provided by the host. The host contacted us immediately on the day of our check-in to make sure we found everything we needed. We did, and it was great. The sleeper sofa in the living room was not quite so comfortable, but we never find sleeper sofas to be very comfortable to sit on. The complex was very quiet.

This cute third-story condo is in a great location—this was our first time to Hilton Head so we were grateful for the detailed guest book. The walkway to the beach from the complex made it super easy to watch the sunrise or walk to Coligny Plaza.

My wife and I had a great time at Hilton Head. We loved the beaches and restaurants. The VRBO location was really nice and located at a good spot in reference to the restaurants. The beach access was amazing too. The check in process was easy and our hosts were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Have stayed in this building several times. Nicely renovated and very clean. The AC unit struggles to skeep the Bedroom cool at night. We had the fans all on high and it was difficult sleeping

The price and location was really a good deal. Having access to the beach just a simple walk from the front door was what is extremely important when you are at the beach, especially when you live far from the ocean. I felt safe and it was very quiet at the condo complex. Because the condos are a bit old, however, remodeled, there is still an "old smell" to the condo. Communication was perfect and easy check in and check out. We put a sheet over the couch to make it feel more comfortable - easy peasy. The price was affordable - we could see further down the beach where the public beach area is and felt so grateful that we did not have to deal with the crowds and noise!!!!

This unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated. It was simply perfect for my husband and me. We booked it just a few days before arriving and the property mgr was wonderful. Location also ideal! Enjoyed Beach access, pool, and daily walks to nearby shops. Will revisit

I LOVED the location of this property. It’s a short walk from the room to the beach. It’s a nice gated area, so you feel safe parking your car. There is a nice walkway from the property to the beach, and we used a beach buggy to bring our things back and forth. Check in and check out was easy. The hosts were quick to respond to any issues and did what they could to make them right. The area is gorgeous and you are in walking distance of what you need. The hosts went the extra mile to put together a book of their favorite places to eat or any recommendations for people that are new to the area. I found that useful. Would stay here again.

The unit was very clean and fairly well equipped, the bathroom was just up dated and very nice. Our overall impression was very positive. Our only suggestion, since our stay was relatively long, one month, would be to have some cleaning supplies such as a vacuum and cleaning sprays, like Windex for example.

What an amazing space for our Hilton head weekend! Such a great location, steps away from the beach. A clean and cozy condo that was well stocked and perfect for the two of us! So thankful for our fantastic hosts! Highly recommend this spot!

Condo was small, but definitely big enough for two people. Everything we needed. The condo hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, the host immediately took action and everything was cleaned within a couple hours. The host refunded one night, left chocolates, a bottle of wine, a Starbucks gift card and a nice card of apology. Great week, wonderful host!

The property was just as described and pictured. Originally, it was gonna just be me and my daughter, but my teenage son and his friend decided to come along. The host was very understanding of the change and the pullout sofa was fine for them. The kitchen is fully stocked and I was able to cook a few meals. Laundry facilities at the end of the hall were great for washing beach towels etc. highly recommend!!
