Recently remodeled with high end finishes throughout and beautifully redecorated, this cozy escape features a brand-new king bed, a fully equipped kitchen that includes both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, and smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Relax on the private balcony with beautiful ocean views. Walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Two beach bikes and starter essentials included for your perfect island getaway.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️
Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. Rentals are available across the street from our building or you can bring your own.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
