We absolutely loved our stay at the Village House.
It is situated right by the river, where you can swim, watch the boats or enjoy a beautiful sunset.
It is a calm and relaxing atmosphere but also close to good restaurants (would recommend a bike or scooter for that).
You can rent a scooter or borrow a bike right at the homestay and explore the Phong Nha region.
The breakfast is also really good and you cam eat it with a beautiful view of the river.
Dung and her family are really nice and helpful!
We also warmly recommend the family dinner which is so delicious!

It was beautiful, out of the bustle of the city centre, the host family were so lovely and the vibe as a whole was very chill. We were able to borrow bikes to get into town and booked some tours through the his too that were excellent and locally run (which we prefer).

The staff was very helpful in booking tours, doing laudry and making us feel at home. The breakfast was also lovely and the outside area is very nice with a view on the river.
The room itself was satisfactory. It was clean but dark but the lighting was very bright and white which gave a hospital feel. The were also very few plugs in the room. The hotel is located half an hour walk from phong nha centre and the area is rather deserted, a little too quiet for our personal liking.

It was a hotel where you could find everything you were looking for in one place. The evening meals were incredibly delicious. Kudos to the lady who prepared them. And the prices were really very reasonable. They are helpful in every way. They even helped you buy your bus ticket when you leave. The prices were very affordable.
