The overall experience was pleasant. The hotel was located in the center of the town; the staff was decent, and so was the breakfast. The bus stops and booking offices are in front of the hotel or others are 2min walk. Highly recommend G8 or HK buses to travel and move around. The bathroom was also very spacious. There is also a WinMart supermarket about a 4min walk from the hotel.
The beds were a bit hard for my liking, and the water pressure from the shower was not the best; it came and went. Also be sure to carry cash, as in this location they do not have the option to pay by card.

The hotel has a very good location, spacious rooms and is really quiet, which I really appreciated. Another big plus was how flexible and accommodating the owners were with my check-in and check-out times — thank you so much for that!
However, I did have one significant issue with privacy. I stayed in a corner room at the very end of the building, with windows on two sides. I kept the curtains closed on one side for privacy, while leaving the other side open because there was no reason to expect anyone to walk past those windows — there was nothing there for guests to access.
Unfortunately, more than once I noticed staff looking inside through those windows and checking what was happening in the room. This made me feel very uncomfortable and left me feeling that I had essentially zero privacy, despite being in a private room.
Also,
I completely understand that you’re trying to promote and sell different tours and activities, but please don’t do this right when a guest has just arrived, especially when they’re tired and simply need to take a shower and rest. There will be plenty of time afterwards to discuss tours.

Очень милая хозяйка! Отличное расположение, большая комната, удобные кровати, вкусные завтраки. Лучшее соотношение цена/качество. Большое спасибо за наше пребывание!
Напор воды в душе хотелось бы посильнее)

Location is good.
There were 2 beds and a big bathroom with hot water.
Good AC.
There were bugs and cockroaches in the bathroom and shower.
The bathroom got cluttered too easily.
The manholes are partially open and letting bugs get in…
The tv isn’t working permanently although it’s mentioned in the booking description that there is a working one.
Laundry costs 40k but washed by hand (without a machine).
