The avg rate $110-145 per night plus cleaning and taxes, a 2 night minimum. Rates are different for special event weekends, graduation and UGA game weekends. Calender is updated but sometimes not open more than 6 months out. Security Deposit may be added to a total at owner discretion. Great for short vacay or long term stay is available ask for pricing. This is a wonderful comfy, very clean, safe, quiet 2BR, 2 full bath renovated condo, 974 sq ft, less than a mile from the UGA campus, 1.5 to Stadium and 1.5 to downtown Athens. The condo sleeps 4. Extra guests NO MORE than 6 guests total, can use blow up bed. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and full tile tub/shower combo bathroom, carpeting, ceiling fan, flat screen tv, 2nd Bedroom has a full bed, a twin convertible ottoman, carpeting, ceiling fan and flat screen tv. 2nd full tub/shower combo bathroom is off living room. Queen blow up available as needed for extra guests. A pack and play and booster for babies available upon request. . Condo is fully furnished with cute decor. Linens/Toiletries included. Kitchen is fully stocked and well equipped for all of your cooking needs, also has dishwasher. New Washer and Dryer. Dining Table has seating for 6 seats. There is blue ray dvd player, lots of dvd videos, new 40" smart tv, flat screen, Direct tv cable, ATT wireless wifi, comfortable seating, hardwood flooring in living area, tile in kitchen and baths. Lots of parking. Condo complex is quiet, safe and great for couples, families, golfers, and students visiting campus. Lots of shopping and great restaurants close by. A great alternative from a hotel, all the conveniences of home. Close to campus for sporting events and college visits and events. Close to the Classic Center and downtown for all Athens events. This is a 2nd floor condo, there are stairs, no elevators. There are 5 stairs from parking lot to a set of stairs, 6 steps to a landing and 5-6 more to top. Check in is 3pm and checkout 11am, special times can easily be accommodated if possible. This is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING condo. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or use of fireworks, sparklers, inside or on deck porch. Contact owner directly for a specific request or questions. Owner takes great pride in their condo and has enjoyed making this condo a great place to stay while in the Athens area. If celebrating a special event, owner can help make it a special event. Perfect for visit with family at Christmas! Very clean. Snacks were appreciated after a long drive. Well appointed kitchen. I think this would be the perfect place to stay for a UGA game!

The condo on Baxter street was just as expected, comfortable, convenient and outfitted for the Bulldogs fan! Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for somewhere to be right outside the hustle and bustle of downtown and enjoy the ease of getting there from this condo complex.

The condo was very clean and organized. I usually stay in a hotel when visiting my daughter at UGA but this was much more spacious and comfortable. I was a little worried about the neighborhood but it was fine. We walked every morning and the campus is very close by.

we took our high school daughter to visit the University of Georgia, and stayed in this condo. It was perfect. The property manager was amazing and very helpful, and the condo was close to campus. You could walk, but should plan on driving to get downtown or to campus. UGA is so big, ou really need to drive from any place tou stay. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Athens.

The condo was perfectly located near everything we needed during our time. Very clean, very comfortable beds and cozy. A little disappointed the pool was closed for repairs (looks like it was that way for a while), but the host was kind enough to share info for community pools. Overall, lovely place.

Communication was the key!! Mary, the host, kept us informed about everything! This was a great plus! We found the condo with no problem. Checked in just as she stated with no problem! Texted her to let her know all was good. The condo had a very nice home feel to it! Very clean! The beds slept AMAZING!! We had no isses what so ever sleeping each night, it was peaceful and quite! There were fresh clean sheets on the beds! The water pressure was AWESOME!! And we never had an issue of running out of hot water. The kitchen was full of supplies but only issue was the stainless steal pans they sucked! We did go and buy ourselves some non-stick pans for our stay. I did mention to Mary that she may want to update the pans. The balcony was nice to sit out on during the day since the pool was out of service, which was a bummer! As our daughter was at Gymnastics Camp and we had planned on hanging by the pool. It was nice to have the washer and dryer as we went home with no dirty clothes! I had brought my own washing liquid and fabric softner. Our stay was simply rest and relaxation, just what we needed!!! I would recommend anyone to stay here and I'm sure we will book again in the future, just hope the pool would be in service next trip. Thank you Mary for allowing us to stay at your beautiful, comfortable condo!!!

We had a VERY nice stay in Athens. Condo is clean, well maintained, and fabulously UGA decorated Host was excellent -great communicator giving us directions and instructions for condo, provided snacks/waters and area maps in the condo for visit, provided necessary toiletries. We would definitely book again if we are to return to Athens.

Great parents weekend for my daughter sorority, she was able to stay with us, wonderful accommodations, good proximity to the restaurants and events we went to making it an easy walk and no car needed. Excellent communication with owners.

The owners have executed a fantastic job of remodeling this property. For reference, I had a friend who rented one of these units years back when I was undergraduate. Wow, this place is exceptional. From the wood flouring to the well stocked snacks, property had everything to make you feel at home. Beds were very comfortable and allowed nights of great sleep. Having two bathrooms allowed us the flexibility needed to get game ready in a hurry. The Tighe family was most accommodating! The property location made for easy access to the football stadium. Great experience!

This is a nice, clean condo in a good location. The neighborhood is a working class area, near lots of restaurants. Everything was well-stocked, including coffee, non-dairy creamer, sugar, a few snacks, water bottles. Toiletries are provided, including soap, shampoo, makeup wipes, and even lotion. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. We loved our morning coffees on the back porch, watching the birds and chipmunks play! A few personal opinions.. The beds are pretty firm, which isn't my preferred choice but I personally just prefer a very soft bed. The AC is a little loud in the living room when it's on, but no biggie unless you're sleeping on the couch. Mary Ellen was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to us. We will definitely stay again next time we're in town!

Our son had shoulder surgery, so we needed a place to stay to help him recover. This apartment was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the host was most gracious and even messaged to check on him. The apartment is in a great, central location and was just minutes away from pretty much anything/everything we needed. We will definitely look into staying there again for future visits.
