Situated in Dallas, this lovely condo for $103 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our quaint, beautiful duplex, built in 1924, is a spacious 1,000 square feet, with numerous windows allowing for plenty of natural light. The living area is a roomy and comfortable area to relax, read a book, take a nap, or watch a movie. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress. The second bedroom has a twin day bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking convenience. A washer and dryer is available as well. Off the living area is a balcony where you can relax in the evening with a glass of wine or just enjoy the character of the neighborhood. Our duplex is located in an urban neighborhood, two blocks from Dallas' Lower Greenville Avenue. The duplex is centrally located to Downtown Dallas, Kay Bailey Convention Center, Perot Science Museum, Kyle Warren Park, the Dallas Arts District, Fair Park and the Cotton Bowl, Deep Ellum, the Baylor Hospital campus, American Airlines Center and Love Field Airport. The location is perfect for vacations or business travelers who prefer a home away from home. Within a quick two block walk are restaurants, a bakery, grocery stores, pizza shops and shopping. The Katy Trail, the upscale Knox/Henderson shopping and restaurant district, SMU, North Park Shopping Center, Uptown and the Design District are all a short 1-5 miles away. The DFW International Airport is 25 miles from the duplex, while the AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park, both located in Arlington, are 22 miles from the duplex.

Really enjoyed the stay. The place was very clean and well stocked. Area is easy to navigate if you know what you're doing. Dallas traffic can be crazy. Highly recommend this stay!

Dallas is a huge city so really doesn't matter where you stay your driving to a destination. This location was a great neighborhood with Trader Joes and about 10 restaurants within a 2 blocks of the apartment.

This place was perfect for us since it strikes a great balance between value (there's nothing too fancy about the place yet still has everything you need) and location (it's close to downtown Dallas while also having a lot of great shops and restaurants within walking distance).

The stay was for a long term summer work assignment. The property is very clean and there is plenty of room. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the front yard. The duplex has everything you need. It is very close to Lower Greenville restaurants and Trader Joe's for groceries. The host, Jeanie, is lovely and very helpful. She is very responsive. I highly recommend!

Everything about this home is absolutely wonderful! The homeowner is a dream to work with. She was so helpful and accommodating. The house is so lovely, and not only in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to everything we would need. Literally just minutes walking, and you are at the grocery store, a couple of coffee shops, countless restaurants, ice cream shops and more. This will absolutely be the only place we stay whenever we are in the Dallas area.

I'm afraid by leaving this review others will be on to this secret gem but here goes. Jeanie was an awesome host and we never had trouble parking on the street and her place was perfect for what we needed. Great location. Communication was seamless and effective. Exceptionally clean. Stayed here for my son’s SMU graduation. The pictures don’t do Jeanie’s rental justice. The house is immaculate, the neighborhood is wonderful and convenient to plenty of restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing. There is a wonderful covered porch where I sat and read.

Always enjoy staying here. Close to Greenville Ave with serveral restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, but far enough away that there isn't a noise issue. One block from a Trader Joe's.
The street parking can be tight on Friday evenings, but not normally a problem. I just park a block away and move my car later in the evening.
Place is always clean and has all you need for a pleasant stay.
I really like the outdoor covered porch. Great place to sit and read and enjoy being outdoors.

The propert was just as listed. Very clean and a perfect spot for our visit to Dallas. Jeanie was great to work with always available. When our travel plans changed and we arrived earlier than anticipated on short notice she let us check in early. Definitely recommended and will stay again on our next visit to Dallas

So quiet and also close to greenville avenue, it was nice to have such convenient access to so many places. Going to Mockingbird station was convenient for travelling to places like the Dallas Zoo. Great hosts who were very attentive and respectful of privacy and space.

Jeanie's duplex is just adorable and was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend in Dallas. Just a short walk from Greenville Street with so many cute shops & restaurants. We were just sad we couldn't try them all:) Jeanie provided excellent communication ahead of our stay, had a wonderful info book for guests and answered questions promptly. After looking for a place for a couple of weeks, I really feel like I hit the jackpot with this property.

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It exceeded our expectations in all manner. The property is well taken care of and maintained. Jeanie has been mindful of the comfortable funishings, layout, and linens.
The nieghborhood is quiet even though is a couple short blocks from Greenville retail and restaurants. No traffic noise, no barking dogs.
We look forward to a return trip to area if only to stay at the property again.

Everything is as described and the location is great !! Very clean & feels very safe. All linens were excellent. Everything you could need is provided. Street parking was very available in front of unit. Apartment is upstairs and very spacious. Jeanie is a wonderful hostess!! She has thought of everything and then some !! I highly recommend!!

Everything about this duplex was wonderful! Location, decor, cleanliness, ease of access and the wonderful owner who truly wanted to know us and accommodate us. My almost week in Dallas staying at this property was great! The duplex is super cute and comfortable. I had a place to work, it was comfortable and easy access to so many things I wanted to do while in Dallas. It is super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property if you want to be in the Lower Greenville area.

Great location just about 2 blocks from restaurants, wonderful French bakery and Trader Joes, but still not terribly loud at night (even on Saturday). Nice clean duplex as advertised. Third time I've stayed here.

We stayed at several vacation rentals during our trip to Texas and this was by far the most comfortable. Despite the construction next door, it was quiet and cool. Very clean with lots of room for my adult son and me. One note-- not a good rental if you are mobility impaired as there is a stairway to navigate. Communication with Jeanie was easy and quick. Great stay!

Relaxing retreat
This property is even better than it looks. A friend and I needed a retreat in the middle of a busy summer, and spent a weekend here. We were each very happy with our respective bedrooms, and the shared living room and dining room were so spacious. Even with it being over 100 degrees out in July, the deck was completely shaded and nice in the mornings. We didn't anticipate being two blocks away from all kinds of nice dining and a Trader Joe's also. Jeanie was an incredibly kind and helpful host, and the place was absolutely spotless. The neighborhood was also quiet at night. If you need a retreat, this is a great place for it!

Home away from home
As soon as my husband and I walked in to this beautiful and cozy place, we feel really comfortable and very much at home. We were impressed by how clean and neat the house is. We also enjoyed the decorations, layouts and furniture. The towels and linens are high quality, which made us feel we were at an upscale hotel. The location is extremely convenient to and from the DFW and Lovefield airports. There are many good restaurants and stores nearby which can come in handy. The property owner is super responsive and friendly, who answered my questions right away every single time.
We will definitely return to this home, which we call it our home away from home now. So, thank you so much, Jeanie, for opening your wonderful home to us.

It was a home like experience and with all the extra amenities it made it extra special. .
Me and my adult son came to see my daughter perform with Flickerstick in concert at the HOB and I wanted to stay close where all the Dallas happenings. So we were close to everything. I highly recommend this place. It was just perfect with everything you need in a beautiful house.

This property is nicer than the pictures even show. Quiet neighborhood and easy access (walking distance) to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Everything was very clean and in good order! The deck is an extra treat and I enjoyed sitting out there. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Apartment was in a great location. Parking was ok. Only negative was the noise. House next door is under construction so that noise started about 7am every morning. Floors in the apartment were very creaky as well. We are very quiet people so it's probably something most people would not notice. Was a little weird that we were asked to take out the trash when we paid a cleaning fee, but other than that, would stay here again.
