The title has most of what’s important. Pros: 10 mins to Okemo, Clean apartment, good mattresses, some pots/dishes, towels, etc Cons: Piercingly loud fire siren blared at midnight our first night and 10pm the second night. Fairly traumatic and very disruptive for kids (and adults) trying to sleep and get up early to ski. Poorly marked building. We couldn’t find which door to enter (hint: it’s not the one with the building’s address on it. You have to guess which of the unmarked doors to enter. For us it turned out to be the 3rd door we tried that was covered by two feet of snow/ice that we had to shovel to get in. The rooms are nice enough, but very small. One room has a bed that is 4 feet off the ground and has no room for bedside tables, so you have to get out of bed to reach a glass of water sitting on the floor if you want a drink in the middle of the night. Very little room for luggage or even to try to get dressed. Poor internet: too weak to stream March Madness on an iPad. We played Nintendo instead. Would I stay again? Maybe; but at this price, first I’d look for somewhere that’s not right next to a fire siren, has blinds that block the bright lights from the firehouse and neighboring apartment buildings, and has a dishwasher.

It’s smaller than it looks in the photos but comfy enough for a short stay. The mattresses are excellent, so no problem sleeping, except when the heating fails. We had warned the manager that it was playing up and on New Years Eve it stopped working. We reported it at 7:30 a.m and despite many promises and much polite and disingenuous bs, it didn’t get fixed. It was freakin cold. No apologies, just a text from a robot asking if we enjoyed our stay. And by the way, it’s advertised as being near the shuttle to Okemo. Well it ain’t. The shuttle bus at the end of the road is for the clinic run, and doesn’t go to Okemo. They are getting more rent based on this and it is a lie.

Nice location with food and drink options within walking distance. Clean and comfortable; but stairs can be burdensome for transferring gear if you have little ones that aren't very self sufficient.

Nothing fancy, but clean, organized, and a super cool 80s collection of art, VHS tapes, and video games!
