The Pointe at Castle Hill Resort & Spa

The rooms were huge and beautiful. Very spacious and had everything we needed.

The only negative I have is that our hotel key was deactivated 3 times during the stay. They did warn us to keep the key away from magnets, electronics or other credit cards (which is really hard to do) but after the first deactivation happened we were positive it never came close to one of those things after that and it still happened again. So that was a slight inconvenience, however the staff was very helpful about it and a quick trip to the desk and it was solved within seconds each time.

For the price, the value was exceptional in that everything was clean, well kept, and quiet, and the staff who welcomed us was courteous and sensitive when she found out we were visiting for a funeral.

Can't think of anything negative about this place. It exceeded expectations in that it was meticulously maintained, with nothing to snag our attention in a negative way.

The location was convenient to Okemo and was very family-friendly.

I had no complaints! Keep it up the good work!

The location is perfect! Close to Okemo, plenty of parking, easy to get to other towns. On top of that, the staff was so friendly. Bed was comfy. Great pillows.

Despite it being a "no smoking" hotel, the first thing I noticed on my floor was it smelt of cigarettes. My room didn't smell of cigs but it didn't smell great. And perhaps what bothered me most was that I found a used towel on the back of my bathroom door, which may be questioned how well everything else was cleaned. Now, did I walk away with bedbugs or anything like that? No. They meet the bare minimum but I would not stay here if you want a lovely, updated, and fresh room. Good spot to crash if you spend all your time outside of the hotel. Plus, I didn't realize the pool and hot tub costed extra per person.
