About this condo rental
Located in Madeira Beach, this attractive condo for $235 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We have been blessed to have a great occupancy rate, after a rough year in 2020, and have decided to include a beach lounger set, which includes two cushioned loungers and umbrella service! This will save you $35 per day, or $175 per week! We try to go above and beyond what others offer, and operate ethically, honestly and with integrity. Our reviews are a testament to the way we operate. This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Madeira Beach is famous for it’s sugar soft sand and year-round near perfect weather. Las Brisas is a five-story, 40-unit condominium with private assigned parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut family area with outdoor BBQ, picnic tables, sundecks and of course, a fabulous beach. See the dolphins swim by right from your balcony. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets... Minutes from John's Pass, one of the most popular destinations with seafood restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, wave runner and kayak rentals and an old-fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops. The Gulf of Mexico is right at your feet with miles of open beaches and nearby restaurants, bars and beach shops. This condo is fantastic! Large family group booked several condos in Las Brisas, and I was smart enough to pick THIS ONE! Kitchen was well stocked with plates/bowls, glassware, cookware, cooking tools, and even basic spices (and we're cooks). Other condos were skimpy. This kitchen even had decent knives, which never happens in rental properties.
All TP, paper towels, foil, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. stocked for a week's stay. (Other condos had barely enough supplies to last 2 days. Who wants to buy laundry detergent to do 2 or 3 loads?). This condo came with beach towels for us to use. (Other condo owners suggested going to Walmart). This condo came with sand chairs, an umbrella and pool noodles, *in addition* to the rental beach chairs included. (Other condos had broken chairs, no umbrellas).
Do you see where I'm going with this?! We scored the **best** condo! Chris and Marian were immediately responsive to any questions. Great restaurants located just across the street. Easy access to stairwell, when we didn't want to wait for the elevator.
Only criticism is lack of guest parking (there is ZERO), so our local friends visiting us for lunch had nowhere to park. But, we **were** forewarned and worked around it. I parked down the block at public parking area, and guest used our single pkg spot for the afternoon. Easy peasy.
Yes, we'll be back again and I will be sure to book The Happy Place early for myself!

The beach is beautiful, close to the water.

This property was beautiful! My husband and I and our daughters 13,11,11 stayed at the end of July and had such a nice time. Having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful and made going to the beach easy not having to lug everything. We enjoyed exploring Madeira, St.Pete and Treasure Island. Jet skied at Johns Pass, mini golfed, went to a Rays game, and had great dinners at restaurants on the beach as well. Our favorite excursion was with St. Pete Coastal Cruises. The island sunset and skyway light show. Amazing!! Thanks Maureen for sharing your home with us. One thing that can use a little TLC are the shower heads and handles. Thanks!

The location is awesome. The pool is kept very clean. The beach is beautiful. There are great restaurants close by. We hated to leave!

We vacationed here in mid May and had such a wonderful experience! The property was clean and very well stocked. Maureen and Walter have gone above and beyond to make sure their guests feel at home and have everything they need.
The beach and local area was quiet and laid back. We enjoyed exploring some of the local areas but also took a couple days to travel to the larger touristy cities like Clearwater, St Pete’s and Tampa.
We struggled a bit with the lock pad on the door one evening but the host was quick to help fix the issue (we accidentally disengaged the lock). They were lovely and so sweet from check in to check out.
We have definitely discussed coming back to this unit and have recommended to family. Pack light because the unit has everything you need for a great trip and if you’re out in the water be sure to swim out to the sandbars to see all of the live sand dollars!

The condo was excellent. We enjoyed having a balcony that overlooked the pool and beach.

I loved that the bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and that there are cozy soft blankets provided throughout the condo.
Outside of the condo being beautifully decorated, well stocked, and in a prime location, the cabana rental for the week was probably the best added bonus! I didn’t realize how nice it was to have this until I got to enjoy it for a week.

This was our first experience with VRBO, or anything like it, and we absolutely loved every moment. This beautiful condo instantly felt like our home away from home. The location was perfect, and I loved the residential feel vs. the touristy feel you get in some spots. The beach was never overly crowded, and the beach chairs/umbrella was such a huge bonus--not too many other condos offer this! We came during a bit of a storm (thankfully a hurricane did not develop), but it didn't matter. There were games waiting to be played inside the condo. The grocery stores are in such close proximity so you're not wasting a ton of time driving for your food items when you first arrive. The beds were comfortable. John's Pass is literaly a five minute drive, and there was plenty of places within walking distance. We were able to relax from the get go, and definitely wish we could rewind the clock so we could do it all over again!

This was the best place we have ever stayed! Location was amazing- close to St. John’s pass and close to the bridge. Everything was close by. The view was amazing-looked right over the pool and beach. Condo was in top notch condition. It was perfect. We traveled with 3 kids and it was the perfect size for them. And tons of space, especially since it rained one day. We all relaxed and had tons of space for all of us. The owners provided everything you needed- shampoos, conditioner, soap, beach toys, beach chairs, life jacket for our toddler, ziplock bags, napkins, etc. you need to stay here! We tried to book next year and it’s already booked!! I can’t blame them! This property is amazing and you will want to come back!
