Situated in Gatlinburg, this attractive condo for $226 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ***** GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS. WITHOUT A DOUBT, SUMMIT MANOR IS LOCATED IN THE MOST AWESOME SPOT IN GATLINBURG. ***** Our condo is located on the first floor in Building B which means no hastle with elevators, park your car just steps from our front door and your only steps from the pool. First floor has a better view than any other floors (CRAZY but it's true.....a view of the beautiful mountains instead of the roof tops below) plus has small private fenced back yard off our patios. When you arrive, park your car and forget it in its private parking spot. If you are up for some fine dining just get on our outside elevator which takes you down to the main street parkway and it's less than a one block walk to Gatlinburg's famous restaurants featuring Cherokee Grill, The Peddler, The Melting Pot, Mountain Brewery, Howard's, Crockett's Breakfast Camp and Calhoun's. The Gatlinburg Convention Center is just one block away and for entertainment there is mini golf, Ober Gatlinburg, Ripley's attractions, Zip Lines, and the Aquarium are all close by. Also, family entertainment such as Memories, Dixie Stampede, Cirque de Chine, Titanic and many other great Family shows are within 20 minutes away. We have many nice golf courses for those wanting to get a few rounds in. Oh yes, Dollywood is only 8 miles away. If you are up for some sightseeing, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only walking distance away with fantastic walking trails along the many mountain creeks. Don't think you have to go there to see the bears though since they show up frequently behind our home. For trout fishing enthusiasts, we have a great stream located just minutes away from us. The stream is stocked every week which almost always guarantees 'the fish are biting'. For those here in the winter time, the ski slopes are minutes away and visible from our back patio. Just walk right across the street and ride Ober Gatlinburg's tram to some great winter time fun including skiing, ice skating, and snow tubing. This beautifully decorated upscale condo has a warm mountain theme. Throughout the home are paintings of Chandler and Tino, two of the Smokies great artist, giving you a true feeling of the mountains. It has two bedrooms, two full baths and comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, beautiful ceramic-tiled shower and its own private patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds. All beds have Egyptian cotton sheets so sleeping will be a dream. Each bedroom has its own 32" flat screen TV for our guests. You will also enjoy relaxing by the stone fireplace, resting on the patio with it's great view of the mountains, or just watching your favorite movie or program on our large 50" Ultra HD 4K TV. We also offer Free WI-FI for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home including beautiful cherry cabinets and granite counter tops with also the best kitchen upgrades. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. This is one of the finest condos in downtown Gatlinburg with a spectacular view of the mountains and we will do our very best to make this your best trip ever to the Smokies .

The condo was very nice. Had everything we need for are stay. And close to all the stores downtown. We were able to walk to all the downtown. Billy checked in to make sure everything was good after we arrived at his condo.

I can't say enough about this condo or its owners. Yes, everything was immaculately clean and newly updated. Yes, the beds were super comfy and the showers were amazing.
But the best part is that the condo is only steps from the main drag of Gatlinburg.
If you've been to Gatlinburg before, you know how bad the traffic can get. Once we arrived, we left our vehicle parked and walked everywhere. Popular attractions like the Ripley's Aquarium and Anakeesta are only a 10-minute walk away.
Our favorite restaurant, Best Italian Cafe, has a secret walkway from their patio to the lower level parking for the condo. Other popular restaurants like the Smokey Mountain Brewery or the Cherokee Grill are right on your doorstep.
We were able to order takeout from all our favorite places and bring it back to the condo for a low-key family dinner each night. It's so much better than waiting in those long lines just to get a table!!
If you're looking to experience Gatlinburg and you hate dealing with traffic, this condo puts you in the best possible position to enjoy it all!
The owners, Billy and Brenda, did an amazing job communicating with us every step of the way. Everything from pre-check-in instructions to occasional text messages to make sure we arrived safely. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who asks!

This place is beautiful & exactly like the pictures!! The view out back is an amazing view of the mountains & Ober tram. The view out front you can see the Sky Bridge & the needle. All are lit up at night. We were so glad the pool & hot tub were still open outside as we used them after hiking. We enjoyed the back patio at night & saw a bear walk by on the other side of the fence. We walked everywhere close by. The Moonshine Coaster, Hillbilly Golf & Hillbilly Harley shop & Ole Red were farther down so we drove & parked. $20 to park but that is for all day. Hillbilly Golf & Coaster do have Parking lots that don’t charge if you’re only doing them. Definitely recommend the Sky Bridge! It is beautiful & there is a trail up there so you don’t have to walk the bridge if you dont want to. The condo had everything we needed & was very nice!! Bring your own food & drinks & you can save money. There is a Walmart & Krogers in Pigeon Forge too. This condo was perfect for our family vacation!!!

We were in town for a wedding (last minute) and luckily found this condo. It was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful. Billy, the owner, was extremely helpful and inviting. It’s centrally located so we walked to everything in Gatlinburg. The aquarium is worth every penny. Pigeon forge is s short drive away but worth it. It was awesome to sit in the hot tub every evening after hiking and exploring the area. We highly recommend!!

Billy and Brenda kept us up to date and informed prior to arriving and throughout our entire stay. They provided very clear and thorough instructions on our check in and check out process.
The room was decorated beautifully, well equipped, and very clean. The location was phenomenal, allowing us to avoid the hassle of driving. We had a diverse group and we were all able to walk to all of the local amenities!
I would 10/10 recommend this room and hope to be back to visit myself sometime soon!

My husband and I stayed over our 1st Anniversary at this super clean and very cozy condo! Billy and Brenda made the process of getting there very easy and answered any questions we had prior to and during our arrival. The fire department was doing alarm tests on all the condos. We got a text to let us know. Our neighbors who stayed in someone else's didn't and were freaking out until I told them it was only a routine test. Very informative and courteous owners! The place was up to date, just as the pictures show and extremely clean and well maintained! Parking was wonderful, and the elevator to the street was fantastic for not having to find a place to park and close to many attractions. We will definitely be staying there again!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and in the perfect spot, walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the water pressure is out of this world. The property manager was wonderful. Yes, we will go back. Would highly recommend this property.

The condo was exceptionally clean and tidy and you can tell the owners care about others well being! It was even better than the pictures and exceeded expectations. Our stay was amazing here and we will definitely be back! We loved that it was directly on the strip, but you didn’t hear any of the strip noise at all.

We've stayed in several condos in Summit Manor but this is our first time staying on the ground floor. We loved it. Unloading our truck was a breeze. The condo was beautifully decorated & comfortable. I enjoyed all of the local artists prints, paintings & pottery. They had the good hand soaps, boxes of tissues, TP & paper towels which was really nice because I totally forgot to buy any at Food City on our way in. Any minor issues where handled quickly by Billy. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the main bath shower head. It had an odd hole in the middle of the water pattern making it really difficult to wash & rinse my long hair. The hubs had no issues with the other shower. We might have to switch up next time. We are looking forward to staying in the same unit this fall and will be booking it again next year. Thanks again for your warm hospitality. =^..^=

Having never been to Gatlinburg and/or Pigeon Forge we really had no idea what to expect. All of the reviews for this property mentioned what a great location this was, and for our family of 6 it was perfect. We were able to easily walk the main strip, close to food, corner store and entertainment. The condo was clean, very well maintained and had everything we needed. The kids loved the bathtub with the jets. We went to Pigeon Forge almost every day, and even with the tunnel closures, it was easy to do get to all the activities. The location is even walkable to the Smokey Mountains National Park. We feel that we couldn't have made a better decision on where to stay with our family.

This is the first time we stayed in town and we were a little hesitant after renting cabins but it couldn’t have been better. Billy sent a text when the condo was ready to check in and communicated throughout our stay.

This is a beautiful & CLEAN vacation rental that was conviently located to “walk Gatlinburg”, but also not noisy w/lots of passerby foot traffic. We parked our car and didn’t move it except for our day in Pigeon Forge. A walk across the parking lot & short elevator ride takes you right to the main strip. Everything that we did was within a 5-20 min walk (5 mins to Ober, 10 mins to Gatlinburg trail head, 20 mins to the mountain coaster.) This is the cleanest and most accurately represented VRBO or similar company rental that we have stayed in. We appreciated the Tide pods, dishwasher pods, and paper products being supplied as well! So nice to arrive and not have to immediately have to plan a grocery store trip. The bedding was cozy and comfortable. The owners have put so many thoughtful touches into their condo. There are even heated exhaust fans in the bathrooms-first time I’ve seen that! The only suggestion for improvement would be a larger water heater-and that is me trying to find a negative. We honestly have zero complaints and can’t wait to return!

We would recommend this location to anyone. Great to go into town without paying parking fees and tons of fun around. Bears were in the area 2 of the 5 nights.

Great location enables you to park your car and walk to all of the downtown attractions. A five minute walk to get to the Gatlinburg trail which is a short easy 2 mile hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Also, a five minute drive to the Roaring Fork Motor Trail which has numerous hiking trails or a nice drive along the river for those with mobility issues.
The condo is clean and communication with the owner was great. The kitchen was stocked well for those wanting to cook meals. We enjoyed the 2 patios with mountain views. For those visiting in the summer there is a small pool that was maintained daily.
