There is also a foldout queen couch in the basement. Plus an additional twin over double bunk bed with trundle in the basement. There are two full bathrooms with modern amenities. With hardwood floors throughout, the sunroom/living room and the bright, sunny kitchen provide plenty of space to enjoy quality family time. Outdoor patio for grilling and outdoor dining. Side yard has ample space for games and relaxing after a day at the beach. Side patio with table/umbrella, seating for 6 and a gas grill (propane provided). And, after the sun goes down, enjoy sitting around the fire pit (firewood provided) under the stars or head indoors and play a game of pool or air hockey.
