This is a large house with plenty of room. Open large main room. 2 master bedrooms with queen sized beds. Kids room with 2 full over twin bunks. All 3 bedrooms have attached full bathrooms and showers. Wi-Fi and direct TV. Great deck with sun loungers, table, umbrella. Large grill on patio. Bikes for guest use. Ceiling fans throughout. Large yard, outdoor chimney heater for cooler evenings. Porch swing under the house. Under house parking. All hardwood, tile floors. Fishing gear available for guest use. Great seafood restaurant one block away. Wall mounted TV in living area. As mentioned Wi-Fi and Direct TV. Maintenance and cleaning assistance if needed. RV electric and sewer hook up. The kitchen was completely re done in Jan 2022. New granite countertops and new cabinets. Deck was re done February 2022 with a cable like railing system. New cordless room darkening blinds in all rooms. February 2022. New metal roof April 2022. New pictures added.

The house and the trip was excellent. The bathtubs in the house were the best. The house location was very close to the beach and central to other locations.

This house is much bigger than the pictures even show. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had more than enough room for everyone. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The house was clean and Martin was a wonderful host. This is also a really great beach for kids. It wasn't a problem having to drive to the beach because there was no way we could walk anyway with all of our beach stuff. The beach at Waveland is the perfect beach for kids since you can walk out forever and it stays shallow. We also went to the Hurricane Katrina museum in town which is worth going to. Anyway, Martin's house, communication, everything was wonderful. Do not hesitate to stay there. Thank you Martin!

This is a nice place to stay with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and is great for a larger family visit-we'd stay here again next time we visit. Chirping smoke alarms were a minor problem throughout out visit, including one in locked room that we could not get to in order to replace the battery. Martin offered to come over to fix things which was nice.

This was our second time to stay @ this property. We enjoy the fact that the house is large enough for 3 couples to each have their own bedroom & bath. We enjoyed visiting the local attractions such as the hurricane Katrina museum & the Mardi Gras museum. Everyone was very friendly. Mr Docherty was readily available to answer any concerns we had. We hope to make a return visit! .

We got married on the beach over the weekend and with 3 daughters we needed all of the bathroom space! The house was amazing! Super nice host! Can't wait to stay here again!

This house was *much* bigger than we needed for 4 people. But it was really nice. There was a porch, grill, under-house porch swing. S&B is the restaurant across the street, friendly people, great food! The beach was so quiet! I couldn't get the jet tub tub drain to seal, but the owner was responsive. :)

We really enjoyed our stay. About one hour from the French Quarter in New Orleans, also easy driving distance to Biloxi, Gulfport and any number of really nice places to eat in the local area. Nice beach, friendly people, we had a really nice week. Don’t forget to visit the space museum you while you are there near Stennis space center. Martin was a great host and we would stay again at this location.

The house was just wonderful! So much room. All the bedrooms were huge. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and welcoming. Martin checked in with us a couple of times because bad weather was expecting to hit the area. Luckily it moved north and we Did not have anything but a little rain. The area of Waveland and Bay St. Louis are just wonderful, full of lots of cute shops and restaurants. I could not believe how friendly everyone was. We will definitely make this trip again and if the clover cottage is available we would very much left to stay there another time.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in a good area and a short drive to the beach. We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable! Also, loved that every bedroom had a full bath! Would definitely stay again!

Easy to locate, wasn’t too sure at first about the neighborhood but turned out to be a really great location to get to the water, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a low key beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was a great jumping off point to the beach, restaurants, and even a day trip to New Orleans. Everyone loved having their own bathroom connected to their bedrooms. The house was well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Cute elevated beach bungalow. Worked great for us as we're traveling and were towing a 28' travel trailer--property has a pull-through driveway and even a 30 amp service hookup! Nice deck, and concrete pad beneath the property to hang out in. Wasn't quite as clean as I'd like to see, particularly given the cost of cleaning fee. Big plus--we had a letter arrive late from the holidays, and Martin was kind enough to forward the mail to us. Thanks Martin!

Property was very clean & bigger than expected. Not right on beach but a short bicycle ride away with the bicycles provided. Short drive into Bay St Louis with some cute little boutiques & good places to eat. If you have time , highly recommend The Shed BBQ in Ocean Springs... about an hour drive from the house but we’ll worth the drive. Nice golf course @ The Hollywood Casino .
