There are 5 flat screen TVs in this condo - 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room & FREE WiFi. Condo includes a fully renovated kitchen with marble tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, deep farm sink and resurfaced cabinets. The living room boasts new paint, lazy boy sectional couch with sleeper sofa and 55” curved smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime. Your reservation will include the bed and bath linens, so just bring your beach towels. The bathrooms have recently been upgraded with new counter tops and paint throughout. All the bedrooms have also been painted and furnished with new bedding. Bedding arrangement is 2 Kings (master and guest room), 1 Queen, and 2 Fulls (double). Master bathroom is granite throughout, with a jetted tub & separate shower & double vanity sinks. There are 2 other full baths for guest rooms with tub/shower combinations. Wow, this was an ideal experience!! My husband, daughter and I had never been to the beach as a family or rented a space like this before and we were nervous of how the whole situation would go. We arrived with some friends after check in had ended, but the staff on-call option was easy and wonderful! The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the view is incredible(especially at sunrise), the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and bakeware. It was such a great experience. I want y’all to experience it, but also want to gatekeep it so we can come back! 😂 Just book it already!! ☺️

We have been vacationing in MB/NMB x 17 years. This was one of the best condos we have been in.
We have 4 active grandchildren with us and this condo had best decor and finishes for both adults and kids. Tasteful, easy to clean and not a lot of clutter to worry about possibly bumping and breaking. Everything
worked well and was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked for family meals, the beds were comfy.
And the condo was ready when we got there, check in and out was easy/smooth, the rental agent friendly and helpful. Very pleased overall with condo and rental company!

Check in was easy and the staff at Owners Direct were great. The condo was as described and the view from the 15th floor was amazing. The family had a great time at the beach. Parking in the deck was tight as I drive a large F-150 and my son drives a Palisade. The pool was smaller than we anticipated and got crowded at times.

Great place at the beach
We were impressed with the view, and stocked kitchen to make meals. They even had a Ninja blender we used for smoothies! There were also lots of equipment in the storage closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Windy Hill retreat!!!
Wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation with family!! Condo was clean and well equipped. We had one little problem with the kitchen light, which was promptly fixed. The check in process was smooth and the folder provided addressed everything, including parking, pool passes, Wi fi, and appliances. Beautiful view from the balcony!!!

Beautiful 15th floor balcony view overlooking the ocean. Clean, well-maintained, convenient. Only issue: could not access wifi. Also, pull HARD on the balcony doors to open. Deep tub, lots of TVs, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo with lovely furnishings. Each room was decorated with a "beachy" feel that made us feel like we were in a very high end resort. We had everything we needed with plenty of dishes and utensils for the eight of us. The rooms were all a great size. We really appreciated having access to beach umbrellas and chairs. It was a perfect place for our family vacation and we would certainly plan to stay here again! The pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all and even though we were there at the height of the summer season they were not too crowded. The location was very convenient to Pirate's Voyage, putt-putt, golf, restaurants and other fun attractions. We enjoyed them all! I would highly recommend this condo!!

Wonderful condo. Great layout and plenty of room for our family. Very comfortable sofa. Beautiful ocean views, especially with the big side window in addition to the great balcony. Unit and entire resort were both clean and well maintained. Amenities very good. Would highly recommend this unit! The only suggestion would be to have more than one trash bag and one toilet paper roll per bathroom.

Second year in a row staying in this unit, third year in this building. Convenient location and excellent amenities. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Both years, we have had to submit requests for minor maintenance issues (that did not affect the quality of our stay). Each time, the rental company responded very politely and resolved the problem within 24 hours. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and lazy river every single day. The showers coming in off the beach are very nicely set up. We stepped out for a variety of activities in the area each night. Overall, a great experience every year! Thank you!

My family had a wonderful time in this condo! There were 9 of us, and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The condo was wonderful, and highly recommend it. There were carts available for move in/out, which helped immensely. We had 2 older relatives with limited mobility, and it was easy for them to get around the complex.

The place was very nice and had room for our group, great view. We did not think it was right at all that we had multiple “security deposit holds” for insurance purposes if anything was damaged. Especially the fact that instead of just putting a hold on the account, they actually withdrew the money and will be mailing us a check in less than 28 days!

I love this place!
This is probably my most favorite vacation rental. Next time I'm staying for a month! I did have a few issues: the property wasn't cleaned and sanitized as well as it should have been. Dishes were dirty, floors had not been swept or mopped. I did call and they sent someone immediately, so that was good. I also had a problem with people just entering the property without knocking or calling first. The first time some one entered, they forgot to shut the door. A couple of days later, someone else just walked in without ringing a doorbell, or knocking. nothing was ever stolen, so that's good- a little creepy-- but I would still come back.
Everything else was great- the view is amazing! I slept with my doors open every night- you have a perfect view of the sunset every morning. I loved it!!

Perfect Beach Vacation
We could not have asked for a better rental experience. If you are like me, I read every single review and meticulously scour listings before making a selection. This one was definitely a winner. The views are absolutely gorgeous! The master bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. There was so much room that we were all so comfortable. It’s not mentioned in the listing, but renters have access to the outdoor closet with 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and sand toys galore. There is also an umbrella. The facility was great. We grilled on one of the four Big Green Eggs by the pool. We found 24 shark’s teeth, and we thoroughly enjoyed area. There are some very nice public restrooms right by the property on the beach, so we didn’t have to go all the way back to the condo to use the restroom. This was a plus! The property managers were very communicative and so polite. We loved, loved, loved this rental and made wonderful family memories. We would certainly rent again.

The condo its self was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The building (exterior, elevators, pool) were unkept and definitely not up to par with the condo interior. No bugs though! The part that was horrible was the check in and out process. At check in, the young girl who gave us the binder and keys was rude and uninterested in making sure we were comfortable with the incredibly full binder of all of the DOs and DON'Ts of this property. She even sighed after I asked her a question like I was interrupting her. The whole check in and check out is too much (we are way to used to hotels and the ease they allow this process). We had an experience with our window leaking and the office person said, "it happens when it rains & they all need to be replaced" ... just tons of unprofessionalism & lack of hospitality from the front office is the reason we will not book with this company again. HOWEVER, Tracy & Leila were both great in the reservation phase & Leila was kind during check out.

Very Clean and Updated
This location was in a perfect location and very clean. There was plenty of room for everyone to be in the main room and not feel like they were on top of each other. No carpet in the entire unit which is a plus when dealing with sand. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautifully decorated but not clean
Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. It appeared that the vacuum had not been run. The floors and rugs were covered in sand. The face of the dishwasher had not been cleaned, the showers still had sand in them. The WiFi did not work for the first 3 days that we stayed in the property. When I called to try to fix the WiFi I never received a phone call back. Called the vrbo office during business normal business hours to complain about how the property wasn’t cleaned and that the WiFi did not work and no one addressed the housekeeping issue. The WiFi issued was resolved but I did not like the manner in which it was handled. Someone from maintenance went into the property without our knowledge to fix it. The oven in the property appeared to be newer but did not work very well. I feel the property has potential but not so sure it’s being managed correctly.

Inside Condo Was nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Mattresses needed turned and was sand in sheets before we even slept in it. Beach closet was well stocked with nice beach chairs.

Loved the Condo. There were 10 of us and 4 bedrooms and we were not cramped. The area around us was wonderful! The parking with the connecting bridge to the condo was such a relief not to have to cross the street. There was very little congestion around the condo and was quiet.

Family reunion
The property had a great location. Walkway from parking structure to condo was great. Unit kitchen was well stocked minus a tea pot. Master bath had long hair left from previous tenant. Carpeting needs attention. Living room furniture was well used. Master Bed mattress and mattress pad plus pillows could stand to be replaced. Unit had a great view of the ocean with easy access.

very satisfied overall
We had a family vacation, with 10 of us in total. The kitchen was very well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms were plenty big enough for our needs. The views were exceptional!!! There were several carts for us to be able to easily take our belonging from the car to the condo. The one down side was the pool. The female pool attendant was unnecessarily unfriendly and the pool water wasn't as clean as I expected. Also, there are signs everywhere saying the entire facility is smoke free yet that was not enforced unfortunately. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, but were frequently forced inside by cigarette smoke from a balcony near us. But the condo was excellent and the check in, check out process was effortless.
