We rented this property for our family vacation. Owners were super accommodating. Most beach houses in the area require a minimum of 4 nights in order to book during peak season, but with everyone's jobs that wasn't possible. This house was great for our family. The floor plan is open so we were able to enjoy each others company whether we were in the kitchen or living room. We loved the open floor plan. We never felt like we were cramped. The location of this house was ideal. It is on the inlet so my husband and dad were able to fish off the back deck and my mother in law was able to walk over one block to the beach. All the shopping centers and restaurants were within five miles of the house. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all 4 of our vehicles with room to spare.

The overall setting was peaceful. The owners were very accommodating. We had an issue with the wifi and they stayed on it until it was resolved. Very respectful and even gave good restaurant ideas. We really enjoyed the Carolina Roadhouse, so much so we ate there twice.

The house was exactly as we expected and was a great fit for our family. We were very comfortable, enjoyed being on the canal and it was just a short walk to the beach. My family even did some fishing off the dock. The tide was working against us but it was still fun fishing in the evening. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Great house for family vacation! This house is in a great location just a short walk to the beach. So many great sitting areas outside for any time of the day and the fire pit with sand was so nice to have for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. Sarah was extremely helpful and communicative. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

We had to make an unplanned trip for a funeral so we were lucky Sarah’s place was available. It was quaint and the fishing pier was just what we all needed. Close enough to the beach for the littles and close enough to the “things” for the teenagers!

We had an amazing time . I have 2 daughters in Md and 1 in SC . We live in NC and having everyone meet here was great . My husband cast a line off the back duck before we even entered the house . It was cooler one evening outside and we enjoyed the fire pit . It was nice having all 4 bedrooms on one level as well . We all had a great time and will certainly do it again .

NMB is my favorite beach to visit. The house is very nice. Extra a/c in bedroom was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the swings, cover back deck, and even thought it was hot, an evening fire in the fire pit. This property had some nice decor and could tell the owner has made updates. Just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely rent this property again.

Nice stay house was in a good location 5 mins from the beach walking. Fishing off the back deck was also pretty nice. We were able to catch a decent amount of fish of the back porch. Overall good stay

Short walk to the beach. Loved the back deck on the water. Good ac in each room and good water pressure. Kitchen stocked for cooking and ample parking. We had a problem checking in and the owners were very responsive and answered my calls and solved the problem. Even with running into issues I would not hesitate to recommend this place and would stay here again! 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful home, plenty of room, had everything we needed, my kids loved fishing off the back dock they caught Blue Crabs & Flounder, just a short walk to the beach, love the Cherry Grove Area. We were sad to see the Basketball hoop wasn’t up…. Wonderful Owners helpful with everything… until next year…

We loved the location and layout of the house. The split room plan was great for us, kids, and inlaws :) The HVAC is supplemented by window units in each room, so I think everyone renting should be aware. The back deck and dock are perfect for outside meals, fishing, or we also brought our kayaks. We also rented a golf cart for the long weekend, which was very helpful in getting the kids and all their stuff to the beach. The location is fairly close to a big local grocery/beach supplies store, restaurants/bars, and the hustle of MB if you’re interested. If you’re like us, you’ll love the quiet quaintness of CGB and will wish to stay longer!

We had a great time. Close to beach, pier, and grocery store. Very clean . Beds were a little uncomfortable and couch a little dated so hard to get up from it. All together we had a great time and would love to use again.

My boyfriend and I had our families down for the week, and this home was perfect for all of us! The boys spent lots of time on the back dock fishing while the girls enjoyed tanning on the beach. We all took advantage of the kayaks and other items in the downstairs storage room. We walked our dog up and down the road multiple times a day, and took advantage of the short walk to the beach. We loved the neighborhood and the Cherry Grove area. We also went on a fishing charter out of Calabash, which is a very short drive. We can’t wait to come back for another stay. So much fun! This large channel home in the center of the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach is a real gem. Very clean and well-appointed. Great place for large families and family reunions. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely rent this home the next time we are in the North Myrtle Beach area.
