About this house rental
Welcome to your beach vacation! This waterfront 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is the perfect getaway in Rehoboth Beach. Centrally located between downtown Rehoboth and Dewey, take a short bike ride 1 mile to your toes in the sand. Ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk or hike the Thompson Island Trail to the Bay. Go Surf Fishing at any of the 2 Delaware State Parks or shop at the nearby tax-free Outlets. Whether you want to spend the day at the neighborhood pool or make it a beach day, your ideal vacation awaits you here in Rehoboth Beach! The first floor is an open floor plan with a Living Room, Dining Room and fully supplied Kitchen. From here, you can walk onto the patio overlooking a lakeside view. Feel free to use the gas grill, compete with grilling tools or kick back and watch your favorite show on Netflix on the Amazon Smart TV. A bathroom and Laundry room are also located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms all with cathedral ceilings. The Captain's Suite has a King sized bed with a full bathroom, and a private deck with a lake view. The Ocean Room has a Queen sized Bed and the Surf Shack has 2 twin beds. These guests share a full bathroom also located upstairs. A second TV is located in the Captain's Suite with Netflix and a DVD player as well. All towels and bed sheets will be provided for guests. Guests will have access to the Storage Unit in front of the house which is stocked with beach supplies like chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella and boogie board. 2 parking spaces are available right in front of the house with additional parking nearby and a Community Pool Pass is provided. **PLEASE NOTE: During the Summer Season (June 27-August 28) we only accept weekly bookings Sunday to Sunday.

Clean, convenient, quiet 3 bedroom condo lived up to the description. It was an easy bike ride to the Boardwalk and Rehoboth, and a short drive both to Rehoboth and stores on Rt 1. It is especially nice to look out of the window at the small lake.

The property location was great, and it is well equipped with everything one needs. It would be nice to have armchairs in the bedrooms as well as a handle bar in the master shower. We enjoyed it a lot. Many thanks, Amy for responding very quickly to our queries.

What a great property, my family had such a great stay. Details were perfect and our comfort was unmatched. We've stayed in other properties close and Amy's spot was by far the best. The overall experience was really made with our ability to come home from the beach, rest and grill on the back patio. Thank you so much again for a great week away, it was much needed and our rental really made things that much better.

What a great property, my family had such a great stay. Details were perfect and our comfort was unmatched. We've stayed in other properties close and Amy's spot was by far the best. Amy was very responsive and accommodating. The pool was a big hit for my grandkids. We took evening strolls with the family and enjoyed the walks and scenery. Although this rental is further from the beach, we really enjoyed the space. Very quiet and low-key. The patio/deck was wonderful with a great view. Amy has thought of everything anyone would want or need to make the week easy. I hope we will get a chance to rent the space again.

It’s a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. It’s a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed a couple of delicious seafood meals from nearby restaurants. Most importantly, the owner was very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back ourselves!

Perfect Spot for a Long Weekend
My adult daughters and I are very happy we stayed here for a long weekend. It was just as described, clean, and we had everything we needed. It’s close to Route 1 but quiet. It’s a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. It’s a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed a couple of delicious seafood meals from nearby restaurants. Fun beach vacation!
We loved our weeklong stay as a family of 2 parents, 2 grandparents, and 2 young children. The neighborhood was quiet. The back patio was comfortable and surprisingly didn't have any mosquitoes. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The main living area was larger than suggested by the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay here again!

Lovely condo in Rehoboth Beach
My family have just had a wonderful week in Rehoboth. The property is larger than it looks in the pictures, the beds were really comfortable and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is really well located in Rehoboth for the beach and Amy ensures we had all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. We left feeling very relaxed, after many days of sun and sand!

Great Long Weekend Getaway
I needed to find a place to celebrate my husbands birthday at the beach. I started searching the area and realized it was pretty hard to find something that did not require a full week rental during the summer. I am so glad we found this place. The pictures do a great job capturing the space and the style (too cute)! While not on the beach, it was a quick drive to anything we wanted to do. Also appreciated the initial email to set us up for a great experience. Amy responded quickly to any questions that I sent her way. Overall very happy with the trip and would 100% recommend the place to others!

This time we hit the mark!!!
It is exactly as pictured, spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated.
The best part is that you won’t find a better host than Amy! She was very responsive and had lots of useful information about the area.
It’s located conveniently, close to the beach, outlets, Jungl Jim’s...nice pool as well.
You won’t go wrong if you stay here, we had a family of six and were super comfortable. Also, linens/towels were supplied which is a huge help when car space is limited.
Hoping to come back next year!

Beautiful house at a great location .
We stayed here for a week during month of July with our 4 kids . Plenty of room to spread out and relax . Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home when we desired to . Got real good use out of the beach chairs that were provided in the unit . The drive to the beach was super easy and we avoided all that traffic on main roads. Amy , the home owner , was super nice and made our stay there just like home . All the stores and shopping was close by . My son and I even joined a gym nearby that offered weekly rates . We would definitely stay here again .

million $ view and awesome house layout
My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. The house has a spacious, family friendly layout. The first floor was wide open and my family could hang out all together; we could cook, watch TV, play games at the dining table and walk outside to enjoy the beautiful pond view and wide open green space area. So even if we were all doing something different, we were all still together!! The bedrooms are upstairs and they all had comfortable beds and bedding and had spacious closets and everything we needed for a good night sleep. The entire house was clean and well maintained and as described in the listing. The owner was extremely nice to deal with and provided all the instructions I needed with regard to the house. My trip was during the off season and it was a 100% better experience then the times I have been to Rehoboth during the summer. The weather was still nice and the beaches were ALOT less crowded. The house is only 1 mile to the beach and once i walked there and the other time i drove and had plenty of places to park. I am looking forward to renting this house again at the same time next year.
