Basic Cleaning fee only covers deep cleaning of floors, dusting, countertops and bathrooms as well as laundering of bed linens and towels. To avoid extra cleaning fees, Guests are expected before check out to take out garbage to bins behind garage, run dishwasher or clean well all dishes, place used towels by the washing machine. Reviews may mention heated pool but the heater broke-down April 2021 and parts are no longer available and owners not investing in a new pool and spa heater.
