(4BR/3.5BA, 1K, 1Q, 4Tw,2Tr, SL10 2 Golf Carts, Pet Friendly, Saturday Turn in Peak Season, CHECK OUT 9:30AM / CHECK IN 3:30PM) No Probllama has been renovated! Now it boasts an expanded two-story great room, a dining banquette and a fourth bedroom! This light-filled 3.5 bath Maritime Forest home, nestled on the Bald Head Island Club's 11th hole, features sweeping golf course views from both inside and out. Relax on the private back deck with a dining porch or nap to cicada serenades while swinging in the front screened porch. Don’t forget to bring your best friend, too, because No Probllama is pet-friendly! Inside, a wall of windows-bringing the outdoors in-is what grabs you when you enter. The beautiful hardwoods lead you into the bright, spacious open living area featuring comfy couches and local coastal art. Tucked into a two-sided windowed corner is the roomy dining banquette. Beyond, the oversize granite breakfast bar (seating six) and kitchen island leads to the updated coquina that features granite counters, a new fridge, a convenient pantry, and plenty of prep space. The King Primary on this level boasts a new bed, built-ins and (behind a stylish barn door) a well-appointed ensuite. As you walk upstairs, note the carved fish details in the stair railing and enjoy the balcony overlooking the first floor. This level houses two more suites-each with its own bath. The first is a large Twin bedroom and the second is a more private Queen. On the third floor you’ll be treated to awesome views as well as the perfect kids’ space with two Twins and two trundle beds. All bedrooms provide flat screens and, of course, there is internet access throughout. No Probllama includes the use of two golf carts (one four-passenger and one six-passenger) as well as bikes and beach chairs. For a no-problem vacation, book No Probllama on Bald Head! An additional $300 nonrefundable pet fee is required for each guest dog. Remember, with Wendy Wilmot Properties there are no surprise "add-on" expenses. Plus, our homes' rental charges include cleaning fees, damage insurance and our Property Manager Assistance Line, available you'll appreciate if your air conditioning goes out on the weekend or you get a golf cart flat after 5 PM. IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. The house was great, can't think of anything it didn't have for cooking. Our family of seven fit comfortably with privacy. Golf carts were great, the six seater was used the most and handled all of us going around the island with No Probllama. Thanks for all the services.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nightmare from the beginning to end with roaches and filth! My husband and I stayed at No Probllama on BHI for a family reunion with our 2 sons and their families in early August, 2019. We arrived to a very dirty house. The carpet had dog hair and the furniture was dusty. One glass top lamp table had stains on it. There was laundry hanging in the laundry closet still wet. After contacting Wendy Wilmot’s office, the cleaning crew was sent over and they were not very pleasant. The cleaning crew later said that the owners were there previous to us for 3 weeks and said they would clean it. They said they couldn’t vacuum because the owner’s vacuum cleaner was broken. This was unacceptable and they finally got another vacuum cleaner. The porch was very dirty full of cob webs. Management sent a maintenance grounds keeper to clean it up. His excuse was that it had rained/stormed earlier in the day. All the woodwork was dirty as well. Once the place was cleaned up we thought things would be better, but then we started to see roaches, many roaches. The excuse was that it had rained. Management sent over an exterminator. The overall stay was not pleasant. The Island is beautiful and we enjoyed the club and pool. Unfortunately, the house ruined it. We will not be coming back! Wendy Wilmot’s office manager was very pleasant and accommodating. She did arrange for a 10% credit for all the inconveniences, although hardly made up for this bad experience which unfortunately disrupted our family reunion.

A representative contacted us and offered another property that turned out to be pretty perfect. No Probllama is beachy, clean and spacious. The 4 grandchildren loved staying on the top floor, their 'lighthouse' room. My husband and I especially appreciated the new boardwalk leading from the front gate to the back deck where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. It was as if the golf course were the backyard.

No Probllama was a great home for a family with four kids and grandparents to enjoy the island. A repeat rental for sure! Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to enjoy this quiet, relaxing island.

The layout allowed everyone to have their own space. The living/kitchen space was nice and open. Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of things available in the house. Having two 6 seat golf carts including one with a "trunk" made getting around the island with all our beach stuff easy. Would stay here again!!

I personally only had one problem and otherwise it would have been the perfect house... the beds in both second level bedrooms (Queen and two twins) were super uncomfortable. The twins were hard as rocks and noisy. The queen had a "sagging hole" in the middle into which one kept rolling and got "stuck".
