the room was spacious with the bed being huge! everything was clean.
the location wasn’t in the centre so had to get a grab but if you like being on the outskirts then it’s perfect for you.

The owner is super friendly. She prepared tasty breakfast (coffee, fruits and a huge Banh Mi), and the morning I left at 6 am to hike the Fansipan she had a lunch box for me - so nice.
The hotel is within walking distance to Sapa bus station and central market (10 minutes).

We had a great stay. Room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. Our hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. Great location, a few minutes from town with a bike, about 30mn walk from the train station and main streets.
