Nestled in Poipu, this charming house for $923 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Aloha and e komo mai (welcome) to our Poipu Beach Estates Villa. We have put together a gorgeous home for you and your extended family, or two families, to enjoy the Garden Island of Kauai and the sunny south shore that is Poipu. Nakoa is a new home in very upscale resort development in Poipu. You are close to it all, ocean swimming at Poipu Beach or a number of south shores ocean spots, Our brand new architecturally rendered home will be your center of Kauai life. You are welcome to the 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath home through carved doors and a home completely floored in solid mahogany (ipe). Over 3000 square feet of living gives you the all the comforts and space you could hope for. The entire home enjoys air conditioned comfort should you desire it over our tropical breezes. All four bedrooms as well as communal areas are individually temperature controlled for everyone's custom enjoyment. While our photos and virtual tour tell it all, we will expound so you don't miss a bit. As you walk in the front door the floor to ceiling windows and sliders open out onto the pool. In the middle of the U shaped home is our heated pool. We heat to 82 degrees everyday for your comfort. High quality loungers surround the pool where one will find both shady and sunny areas for your comfort as well as landscaped areas for your visual comfort. You can access the pool area from living room, kitchen and master bedroom as well. Walking into the very large kitchen / great room area, you will see oceans of granite surfaces for food preparation and eating enjoyment. A vast island serves a gorgeous area for meals with an adjacent dining room table adds up to seating for ten in a most comfortable setting. Top shelf, stainless steel appliances abound, including a wine cooler. Of course, the kitchen is outfitted with all the small appliances, dinnerware, silverware and serving dishes that you could need. This kitchen / living room great are will be the focal point of get-togethers, meals and relaxation. Plenty of comfortable seating and lounging areas. 60" Samsung High Def Smart TV hangs on the wall. This whole room can be comfortably air conditioned if the trade winds are down or the heat of the day is on. Living local style, with all the windows and sliders open (everything is screened) is the way to enjoy Kauai like those of us who live here, but you have the AC option. Of course, there is strong 300 megabit wi fi throughout the house, so everyone will be streaming fast. Off the living room is a lanai with a gas grill, outdoor dining table and enjoyable leisure area. Behind the kitchen is a half bath as well as a lovely large and bright laundry room with front loading appliances and a full granite working and folding area. On the ground floor is the Master Suite. It is very large and appropriate for the scale of the house. King bed and tropical furniture abound. As one would expect, the en suite Master bath is spacious and complete, with an extra large soaking / whirlpool tub. The big walk in shower has multiple spouts and is roomy. Double sink vanity and a giant walk in closet. It is warm and bright with granite, tile and wood throughout.. Separate toilet room is at the entry. Up the mahogany steps to the second floor...one finds a cozy sitting area half way up the stairs. Big windows give you views of the mountains and scenery. There are 3 bedrooms on the this floor. They re outfitted as follows: >>>One has a king bed with new furniture, bed and mattresses. This BR enjoys an en suite full bath with walk in shower. >>>Middle BR has a double bed with a twin bed. Here again, all new beds, mattresses and furniture. >>>3rd BR has a king bed and a twin bed. All new beds, mattresses and furniture. This BR enjoys an en suite full bath with walk in shower. From the 2nd floor, there area mountain, distant ocean and pool views. Sweeping vistas, sunrises and sun sets are found from the entire home. Kukui'ula Shopping Center, with upscale dining and shopping and Poipu Shopping Village are both a close stroll. ***A note on events*** The villa is not suited to host events of any kind that exceed the maximum capacity of 9. I am honored that your party is considering staying at the villa, but the villa is not an event space. There are many reasons that the villa is not equipped to host parties, events, gatherings, receptions, etc. Although your party is welcome to stay at the villa and make yourselves at home, you will need to look for an event space to host your gathering. The hosts were lovely. Very comfortable home. The noise restrictions was never a problem (this was mentioned in other reviews). Only downside: the description said there would be a heated pool and if wasn’t functioning during our stay (it was broken and needed to be replaced). If the pool had been heated, we would have used the pool more.

The house could not have been more perfect for our needs…Plenty of space for us to spread out and plenty of space for us to gather. Patricia was a lovely host. We did come in a period of rain and the pool (perhaps because of the lack of sun on the solar panels) really wasn’t heated enough for us to enjoy. Overall, we’d happily rent again.

The pool was great for relaxing after a busy day exploring the island. The plants throughout the back yard were beautiful! Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Huge kitchen for cooking family meals.

Beautiful, comfortable home in Poipu. Great location for our Kauai experiences! Pool was a little buggy, but we enjoyed eating dinners around it. Bedrooms very comfortable, but the 4th bedroom had no access to a bathroom without walking through someone’s bedroom. Not ideal during the night. Some extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. Loved the beach gear in the garage. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was fully stocked with everything we wanted/needed plus more. The A/C was very nice to have while visiting during the summer months and the kids absolutely loved the pool. If we were not at the beach, they were in the pool. She has plenty of beach toys/chairs in the garage which was helpful The owner was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. We hope to visit again soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Worked perfect for two families- with kids 10-4 years old. Patty was a great and stayed in touch. My only complaint is we had 6 kids there, we were in the pool on the first day at 7:58 am and received a noise violation warning. The quite time is 10 PM to 8 AM. We made sure the kids did not go out prior to 8 am and that when they were out there they kept it down as much as we could. Not at all a fault of Patty, she is just abiding and making sure we did as well. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise the location is great, property is beautiful, neighborhood you felt safe in. The kids enjoyed Patty's visit too, especially her adorable dog!

In general our stay was fantastic. Home is beautiful with open concept living and kitchen area, and 4 great bedrooms. Worked wonderfully for our family.
Yes, as some recent reviews mention, there was some construction noises during the day, but it wasn’t bad at all. The area is newly being built up but the homes just near this rental are basically done.
All amenities, pool toys, gear, etc is available I. The home which was wonderful. Even needed an extra pack n play and the host graciously included one for our use.
The biggest issue is that no, the pool is definitely not heated. It’s bearable for most adults and refreshing especially on a super hot day but the posting dotes on a heated pool and it’s simply incorrect. Kids (2 yr and 8 months) didn’t care much for it which was a bummer.
Definitely would recommend and will stay again if on Kauai.

This home is beautiful, very clean and in a superb location. Stores and restaurants are a three minute drive from the house. Poipu Beach is less than a ten minute drive. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

This property was the perfect venue for a three generation get-together. Plenty of space for both group activities and "alone" time. The pool was great for kids and adults. It really felt good to take a dip after a hot day at the beach

The house is nice and big and pretty. However for AC you have mini splits and so it gets hot during the day. I am sure you will be gone most days so this is not to bad but for us Texans we want central heat and air not mini splits. Also house says heated pool and it’s not warm enough to even swim in so that stunk. Note in the house says you will be fined if you mess with the temperature so the pool is pointless. Also it says you have a view from second floor and I am here to tell you that you do not. Other then the warm evenings and cold pool the house is very pretty. We did open windows but never did it cool the place off.

This house in Poipu was perfectly situated for all of our Kauai adventures. It was close to all the Poipu beaches and restaurants. An easy drive to Waimea and Kapa’a. Having the pool to enjoy when coming home from our daily adventures was priceless! Would definitely stay there again.

The owner of this property, Patricia, met us at the house when we arrived. She was very gracious & answered all my questions. The whole process was easy & made for a smooth & stress free experience. The house & yard were manicured & all 10 of us were amazed by her gorgeous style & personal attention to detail. Beautiful rooms, esp the master suite! We had so much fun & having beach chairs to use added to our comfort. We would not hesitate to use it again & I recommend this spot to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway!! 💕

A Great House and A Great Location
A great trip to Kauai with our adult children and their spouses. The house was wonderful - kitchen was well stocked, nice open floor plan and an accommodating host. The pool/patio area was also a nice feature. We had three couples staying at the home and it was nice that each bedroom had a king sized bed and separate bathroom. Please note that the 4th bedroom has a double bed and a twin. While it might not work well for a couple, is would be great for children. It is a home we would love to return to on a future trip.

This home was well suited for our family gathering of 8 adults and 2 children. The host was responsive and very pleasant to work with. Dishwasher was repaired and we were reassured that the alarm company was notified when a bedroom smoke alarm went off at 2:00 am. Our combined group was 4 different households with 4 different morning routines and the spacious nature of the house fit just right. A working vacuum cleaner would have been appreciated. The pool was used every day, except beach days. Proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping was great.

Wonderful vacation!!
The check-in was easy. Patricia met us at the house and gave us a tour with guidelines on how to deal with the pool, kitchen, etc. The house is as magnificent in person as in the photos. Lots of space, great lighting, comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer, lots of glasses and dishes for our family. It was great having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Beach towels were plentiful. The kids loved the pool and ended each day with a swim in the pool.

Patricia was great from the booking through our stay. This property is perfectly located for shopping, dining and beaches. May need a deep clean more often but still a great layout for larger families. I will stay here again.

The house had plenty of room for our group, with the opportunity to have some quiet, private time. The pool was a wonderful asset for the grandchildren, especially. Although the house met our needs, we thought a bit more upkeep of the house would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house is located in a beautiful quiet community in Koloa. It’s close to Old Town Koloa, awesome food trucks and the beach. The house was well stocked with everything a family would need and the pool was a refreshing. Would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful property in Poipu
My family and I, 7 adults spread out over the four great bedrooms, had an amazing time at this property in Poipu. It is a ten minute walk to the beach, centrally located between shops, resorts, beaches and old Koloa town. The property has very comfy bedrooms, very clean bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. We cooked dinner every night. The pool is fantastic. Whenever we had a question, Patricia was a quick text away and prompt with a reply. The only thing is there is a bit of construction around the area, but that shows the popularity of the neighborhood and was only a slight distraction here and there. This place is amazing, book it!
