5 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 11. View of the mountains is amazing! Well equipped with everything we needed (except coffee filters). Even had a selection of beer in the fridge! The guest house bedroom had a musty odor but we got used to it. Had a wonderful time! Would recommend this property.

House is well equipped for cooking as well as for beach time. Property Manager was responsive to our questions prior to our arrival. We had no reason to contact him during our stay.
As noted by others who have recently stayed in Plumeria House, some furnishings are dated. A seat cushion from the primary living room couch was threadbare and some of the bamboo roll up shades were frayed at bottoms with a couple of pull chords torn/gone. I realize that window treatments are expensive to replace and that the price to rent may have been higher if perfect.

This home is amazing and the views are absolutely gorgeous! The location is ideal with nearby beaches running together offering reef protected areas for the kids to swim in the calm water, and snorkel, while another beach provides waves to body board . The beaches are joined together by grassy areas with covered picnic areas, and lifeguards are on duty. As for the home itself, it provided plenty of space for our family to hang out, and also space for privacy when desired. Upstairs boasted the breathtaking panoramic views of the hillsides, trees, beautiful sunrises to the right, peeks of the ocean, and a wrap around lanai to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. It hosts the living, dining area, kitchen, half bath, laundry, huge main suite , deck with a small pool, and detached guest room containing another main suite. Downstairs included 2 bedrooms , a shared bath, and a converted garage. There was an abundance of towels for both showering and beach going. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware, and pans, in addition to any small appliances you may need. Extra blankets and pillows were in every closet , and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower. The garage converted to a tv/game room was an added bonus, and housed ice chests, sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling masks, fins, beach umbrellas, and wagons to cart it all down the walking path to the nearby beach. A washer, dryer and laundry supplies were much appreciated too.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at the Plumeria house. The outside pool area was the grandsons favorite place to be. We enjoyed the close location to be able to walk to the beach to see sunsets and sunrises. Craig was very responsive to our questions regarding our visit as well.

My family of seven adults stayed at Plumeria House. It is a fantastic home in a good neighborhood and is an easy 10 to 12 minute walk to a great beach! Home is exactly as depicted. A/C worked great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen and living area is spacious. The man cave was nice. The house has plenty of beach gear in terms of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear. View of the mountain is very nice. Area is quiet. Craig answered any question I had in a timely fashion. I will definitely stay in this place when I visit Kauai in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the Plumeria House. The location was perfect- just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved the tropical view from the house. The house was definitely well-supplied, and big enough for a large family. We would absolutely stay there again.

The property was beautiful and in an ideal location for easy walking access to the beach. It included plenty beach chairs, umbrellas and some carts to carry all your stuff to the beach! There were a few places to eat that were also within walking distance. The two shopping centers were a short 5 to 7 minute drive. All in all a beautiful home to rent, worth the price.

We had a great stay at the Plumeria House. Great layout even though it was hard to tell based on pictures, but the layout made staying with two families a breeze, each of us having our own separate primary bedrooms and kids having separate rooms. The pool was great, only second to the close proximity to the beach. The house was loaded with beach toys and towels and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. Perfection!

We loved our stay at Plumeria House!!! Our family included my son who is 3.5 years old, all the way up to my father-in-law who is 85 years old and it was perfect for everyone!!!
I was so impressed with the setup at the house including kitchenware (plates / cups / pots / pans), the selection of condiments, the children items (plates / utensils / books), pool toys, recycle bins, linens (lots on hand so could easily do a wash and still have some).
The pool was clean (and was even cleaned once during our stay), the outdoor shower was great to clean off after the beach.
Craig was also super quick to respond to inquiries!

Lots of beach equipment such as umbrellas chairs and snorkel gear made it a snap to head to the nearby beaches in a 2 min drive or on foot.
The view of the nearby mountain in the morning leaves you with a wallpaper image of Kauai that will stick in your mind if not on your computer.

6 adults and our new infant grandson enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located home. The upper level views are beautiful, and the detached guest suite adjacent to the kitchen suited the new parents and their infant well. The photos are generally accurate, though some furnishings have been changed/updated, and the lower level rooms are dark when shades/curtains are drawn for privacy. The house was the best outfitted we've ever experienced (tons of kitchen gear, first aid kit, beach towels, cleaners, paper goods) and there was ample seating for visitors to cook and share meals with us. The beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were much appreciated. Mahalo Craig.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was a big hit. Nice house with everything you need. The deck needs a little repairing and put mats down at front door. It’s very slippery there. Overall would rent again on that beautiful island.

This is our third time to Kauai and we are so happy to have finally found a house that fit all our needs. Craig was so easy to communicate with and made the stay enjoyable. The private pool was so nice for the kids to be able to swim whenever they please. This house is fully stocked with all the essentials for a family even kids dishes, high chair, and crib. They also have all the toys and accessories you need for a perfect beach day with wagons to help carry it all down. This house is very big so everyone can have their own space when needed. It is just a short 10 minute walk to Poipu beach on a safe walkway. We definitely will be back.

We had an awesome stay at Plumeria House. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. Our grandson loved the pool. The nearby beaches were beautiful. There were turtles on shore every day and even a seal showed up to rest.

This house really has it all! Perfect place for a family or large group. The house has everything you need for your stay. The location is supreme and very convenient. The pool is nice for the times you don’t want to head to the beach! I can not say enough good things about Craig! We use VRBO 5-8 times a year and Craig has honestly been the best property manager to work with. Very kind and responsive! We already booked this house again for next year and can not wait to return!

Plumeria house was perfect for our family! The space, all of the extra touches for the littles (crib, pack and play, high chairs, wagon, sand toys, etc), and the pool made our stay one to remember. Also the location was perfect as we were able to make the short walk to the beach several times daily. Craig was also very responsive which was so appreciated. We would definitely stay again :)

The stay overall was very good. Shaun responded to a locked bedroom door within 15 minutes. The home was fully stocked and the heated pool was a plus!! The beach was walking distance which was exactly what we needed!!!

I rate this place highly and would recommend staying at this place to all my friends visiting Kauai.
There are a total of four bedrooms and two common areas along with dining area and a kitchen. The balcony is a wrap around one. Amazing place to enjoy sunrise and sunsets. The unit is close to the best beach in the area - shipwreck beach. The kitchen is well stocked and furnished. We cooked every night and enjoyed delicious meals along with the views the unit had to offer.
We had couple of special requests before and during the stay and Craig was expedient in responding and attending to our needs. I thank Craig and his team for making our stay comfortable in every possible way.

Our family - 8 adults and 4 kids - stayed in this great home. We had plenty of room to spread out and the grandkids loved the pool and their own bedroom/hangout room. The house absolutely has everything you need. We have never stayed at a vacation rental that the kitchen was so well equipped. The location is wonderful too. Beautiful paved paths lead you easily to Poipu beach or the Grand Hyatt. Craig was so easy to work with and got right back to me when I had a question. We would rent again in a heartbeat.
