About this house rental
Enjoy morning coffee on the patio watching the sun rise: Afternoon cocktails on the sundeck. This beautifully renovated townhouse is situated directly on the ocean with a well manicured lawn in front of the patio. The main living room has a large flat screen TV and opens to a patio on the ocean. A second larger family room with a flat screen TV opens to a sundeck on the ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and full bath. The guest bedroom has a private balcony, twin beds and a full bath.
No need to bring anything, this unit has everything. All linens, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc. are provided. A one car garage, 1 outside parking space and extra guest parking is provided.

The condo is easy to get to, it is right on A1A. It was clean and easy access to the beach. There are three levels, and although the stairs are pretty easy, if you have a hard time walking/climbing, this wouldn't be a good fit. The inside space was perfect for the two of us, and also works for a family of four. We saw several space launches while we were there, even the Artemis II! George was always available and very easy to communicate with.The only negative thing to say is about the beach-which is beautiful. The last 7 days of our stay it was covered with sargassum seaweed. It started slowly and increased daily. Unfortunately, it was a huge problem for many Florida beaches this year.That being said, we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you George!!

George was great! Super attentive and very welcoming! The house was amazing and perfect for our family of 4. The beach was our backyard and it was so convenient that there were chairs and an umbrella to use. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you George! We hope to be back one day soon!

This is a wonderful home on the beach. Just a short walk to the Ocean. Quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shops. Great communication with the owner. The home was very clean. The master bed is in a loft with its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. You have a view of the ocean on both floors. Very nice larger size TVs on both floors. Steps to the beach that has a level spot for walking.
