Everything was good.. Walk out the door and you are on a lovely uncrowded beach. House very clean and kitchen had all that was needed.Beach chairs,umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.all available. Host very accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Joe’s place is great. Comfortable and in a nice location right on the beach. Easy to get to grocery store and restaurants. The beach in front of the place is easily accessible - and we were traveling with an 81 year old. I was really surprised that there were never many people on the beach. We often had it all to ourselves. Joe is super nice and easy to communicate with. All in all an A+ place.

Perfect oceanfront condo. Views and beach access are spectacular. Unit was very clean and supplied with everything needed for beach vacation with family. Including beach towels, sand toys, soccer ball, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards etc. Also well supplied with personal hygiene needs such as soap,shampoo,conditioner toilet paper and paper towels. Great unit
