Located in Hatteras Island, this lovely cottage for $125 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Island Time is our little slice of paradise in the Outer Banks. It's small so we have done everything to utilize the space as efficiently and artistically as possible. It's very cheerful, clean and we think it's just the perfect little getaway place. We've had lots of honeymooners and many repeat visitors over the years at our Quality Time Studio nearby, and will continue doing our best to ensure our guests have a vacation to remember at our new place I. Spend some time experiencing the wonders of Cape Hatteras at your doorstep. Relax on our roof top deck under the brightest stars you will ever see or take a sunrise walk and watch the dolphins swim in the surf. Island Time is a free standing Studio on stilts with parking underneath providing you a private hide-a-way on the beach. Our brand new queen size Serta Perfect Sleeper will ensure you get a good nights sleep. Dan and I love to cook so the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or entertain. The local restaurants are wonderful too with fresh local seafood. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables outside for the grill masters among you. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas so take off that watch and relax into Island Time. As with all Mid Atlantic vacation spots we are subject to hurricanes between July and Nov. Please consider travel insurance. VRBO offers a plan but there are other insurance options. Check via GOOGLE. It's not expensive and safeguards your vacation monies.

Tiny little hitch at check-in that was remedied immediately. Wonderful, well-appointed Cabana. Great use of furniture in the space. Weather was dreadful but the Cabana was delightful!

We had a 3-night stay at this awesome cabana, and it was delightful! The late October weather was perfect for sitting on the beach. Nice and warm… The cabana decor was sooo beachy and cheerful. Kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect getaway for two people. I slept outside on the rooftop deck one night and was fabulous! There were a couple of things that could use improvement. Single-ply toilet paper was disappointing. It would have been nice to have the TV be able to swivel so we could sit on the couch and watch TV instead of having to sit on the bed. Maybe a more firm matress? The handrails could use some work, too. They were pretty loose in places. All that said, we’d absolutely stay here again!! It was cozy and cheerfull and just steps from the beach. There was a nice grocery store down the road and a couple of fun restaurants. A real gem of a place on beautiful, uncrowded Hatteras. Loved it!!😍

The place was never cleaned when we got there, so we had to find a local store and clean everything ourselves.

Property was as pictured. Clean. Great location. Had an issue with the coffee pot that was unfortunately not addressed, but otherwise a great stay. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the convenience of the location and the weather was perfect. Evening sunset views on the top deck were the highlight for me. Access to the beach was awesome as well!

peace and quiet, next to the beach,nicely appointed,comfortable bed,this unit is better than advertised and a wonderful place to rest and recharge,owners left a book with food,stores,fishing,church everything you want to know. I can tell you ,its a decision you will not regret.

A very cozy cabana, the walk to the beach is so close. We had everything we needed at this cozy cabana . Will definitely rent again when we go to the Outer Banks.

You really cannot beat the distance off the beach for the price. This cute little cabana was exactly what we were looking for, and Hatteras beaches are less crowded and touristy compared to nags head or kitty hawk to the north. A slower paced area we just loved!!

Easy check in with info given. I was a little worried if our vehicle would fit under cabana since is a slightly elevated Jeep but it fit fine (they give you info on where to park if your vehicle doesn't). Was very clean and perfect for the 2 of us. It is a small space, which is in the listing, so I think would be crowded if more than 2 people. I loved the rooftop area to relax early in the mornings and evenings. Great location for visiting the south part of Outer Banks (we had started our vacay in north part and had worked out way south). They have a box of things to use; we used the boogie board and the umbrella was very much appreciated to provide shade from the sun. Overall was a great stay and would stay here again if come back to the Outer Banks.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, all the kitchen you need. A few steps to the beach, and has a little rooftop deck for the view. Not much storage inside so plan to leave some things in the car or under the cabana. Friendly neighbors, a mix of owners and repeat visitors. Lots of dogs being walked while we were there. We would stay again if there were just two of us.

Cute and very clean! Loved the upper deck view and easy walk to beach. Internet didn’t work during our entire stay and neither did the ceiling fan. Screen on sliding glass door is all torn up and old. If you are not a dog person don’t stay here! I do believe we were the only ones there without a dog. All were friendly, my only complaint is we had to listen to a small dog across from us bark for hours daily.

We had a amazing time. Real closed to the beach. Quite. We went the end of April first part of May. It was cooler we did not get to wear our bathing suites. Was able to walk the beach and look for shells. Lots of things to do if you choose or enjoy the quite and relaxing time listen to the waves.

A great location with a rooftop view of the ocean. Air conditioning broke down on the second night, but maintenance came out and fixed it the next day. It's a little tight around the bed, with not much room to maneuver, but worth it for the proximity to some of the best beaches in the country.

Renting this property was quick and easy. Property was just as described and the location was good. This cabana is small. Enough room for 2 adults . Good water pressure in shower. Queen bed was comfy. Nice size television for morning news/sports. The only thing we had issue with is the sliding door. It was off track , which my husband fixed, but the screen was torn . We had a couple flies get in. Other than that . The cabana was clean. Would stay here again .

We have stayed here before, and love it. Location to the beach cant be beat. If you dont care for crowds and love relaxing, this is the place for you! Lots of good dining close by, and shopping for souveneers, gifts, and such is close by in neighboring towns. Place is always clean and in good repair, we will keep coming back for sure!
