🏖️ No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
🏖️ No smoking in common areas (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, pipes, cigars, etc.).
🏖️ Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located at the front east side of the building.
HOUSE RULES:
🏖️ Must be 25 or older to reserve (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ No pets (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ 30-day cancellation policy.
🏖️ Check-in: 4:00 PM
🏖️ Check-out: 10:00 AM

Great getaway spot with all the comforts of home. Great restaurant in walking distance. And just a few steps to the beach were you can loss all your worries away.
