This was a great location. The place was very clean and nice. Perfect amount of room for a family of five. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing nights. We stayed to go to Cedar Point which was a short drive away. The town was clean and the neighbors were very nice. The views of the water were beautiful. We would highly recommend.

Outstanding property on Lake Erie
This Lake Erie condo in downtown Sandusky is beautiful with breath-taking views of the Sandusky Bay. And you can walk everywhere. Roomy and comfy. Perfect for two couples or a family. Loved the security of the property and the pool.

My wife and I stayed here 4 days we really enjoyed our stay. I had my WaveRunner with me and I was able to docket at Deepwater marina. There are no trailers allowed in the parking lot. I would stay here again.

The view is stunning! We had four adults and a 3 year old had plenty of room. The beds were a little uncomfortable but the ease of the check in, the view and the location steps away from the jet express to cedar point, Kelly’s island and out in bay more than made up for that. Would stay here again.

Had a fantastic weeks stay. The Condo was really nice and comfortable, with an extremely awesome view. The view is even better than the pictures dictate. The owners, John and Debbie, were great and even worked with us to extend our stay a couple of days. This is the place to stay to do anything between Cedar Point and Port Clinton. Condo was excellent. Enough beds and bathrooms. View was awesome. Manager was easy to work with.
Hard to get to this year due to construction, but once in everything was great. Had a gated community, so felt very safe and comfortable. Management was great to work with on checking in.

Trip to Sandusky
Property was very nice, downtown was a bit difficult to navigate due to construction. We had a wonderful time . Many attractions and activities. Loved Tofts ice cream!!!

Th condo was comfortable and we loved the views from the balcony.
It was a great location and close to all neighborhood attractions.
My only drawback is we didn’t have enough cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags and paper towels to help keep things tidy.
We are also still waiting on our security deposit refund (going on 10 days now)
Overall, great place for a family to stay and enjoy the area.

The condo has excellent views. Places all around for entertainment and to eat.
The condo has excellent sleeping capabilities. There are 4 adults and 1 child in our group. Everyone had a bed to sleep on. Very clean. Wish the living room area had a recliner or a higher stationary chair. My mother goes with us and is usually uncomfortable trying to sit with us to watch tv or the lake. Never had an issue with the condo association or feeling safe in the condo. The pool is wonderful. Over all I rate this condo a 4.9!! This is the 3rd year for us being here, hope to be back next summer.

It is a great place to come and enjoy relaxing on the waterfront. Nicely decorated and has well equipped kitchen. Plan on going back again next year.

We were surprised with the size of this unit and how clean and big the rooms were. Great location. Short walk to jet express. Great view of the lake. WIsh the balcony was bigger but otherwise great. Customer service was there 24/7.

The Sheppard's condo is a great place to stay to discover the islands and go to Cedar Point. It's a homey atmosphere with great amenities. We liked having the freedom of the jet boat next door and being able to use the condo as a home base. We didn't get in our car once we got there. Thanks for the family memories.

The condo was used for a girls getaway. It met all our needs, was clean and decorated nicely. We had one maintenance problem, but were very pleased when the problem was fixed within a couple of hours.
