About this condo rental
Located in Nashville, this lovely condo for $80 per night is a great option for your next break. Condo on edge of Downtown, close to The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt U, Marathon Village, The Parthenon, and more! We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink. Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious. Free private parking is available on-site. We have 4 nearly identical units in the same building. We have furnished and decorated them nearly identical, so the photos you see may actually pertain to another unit but are representative of each unit (this is a first-floor unit). The owners were beyond helpful and communicative. The condo is nice but does need upgrades. There was a musty odor but I chalk that up to the AC unit filters not cleaned.

Close enough to Downtown to Uber but far enough to relax. Not alot of traffic, easy to get into and out of. The beds were comfy.

We came for the Hozier concert and we very much enjoyed our stay at The Colby and would recommend! The headboards were dusty and some of the bedding for the pullout couch smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a little while - had a stale smell, but please don’t mistake those statements for reasons to not book here! The place was overall very clean and the hosts provided complimentary water bottles and snacks. The location is very central to everything - we didn’t have to travel more than 15 minutes to be everywhere we wanted. Where the house is located is also safe and quiet!

I had checked pics carefully and this place was as shown or better! Extremely clean with everything we needed. This was our first visit to Music City, so I was guessing on location but it turned out to be excellent!! Just a couple miles to Broadway and all the music and FUN! Our host, Sue, was kind to tell us additional info that made our time there the best possible!

Very convenient location. Not far from downtown at all, so Ubers weren’t expensive. Place was clean and tidy. Parking was also nice to have! Great value for money! Thank you!

I really liked that it wasn’t in the city, but still close to everything. The longest we had to drive was 15 minutes and the city was a very close drive. We felt like we were at home the second we arrived and people around the condo were very polite. Highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to Nashville. The only thing is that the hospital is nearby, so there are ambulances frequently going by with sirens on, but it didn’t affect me at all! It was so quiet and I felt relaxed.

The location is great for visiting Nashville. The apartment is small and can be noisy with the window AC, fans and upstairs neighbours. The place itself is fairly small and nothing special but the hosts have made it as accommodating as possible and little extras like bottle water, snack bars, and ground coffee. As a base camp to sleep and have breakfast or for a mid day rest it was perfect.

This is an out-of-the-way place that is still close to all of the downtown Nashville sights, including lower Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman, and several other great things to see and do. It's about a 15-20 min. ride, depending on traffic, from the Grand Ole Opry area. The apartment itself has got almost all basic needs covered, and is easy to get into and out of. The owners provided great communication throughout.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights for Taylor Swift. It was comfortable, very clean, and you couldn't beat the location - 2 miles from downtown and near Vanderbilt. The parking was close by and we felt safe. All the essentials were there and the beds were comfortable. I liked that it wasn't too cluttered with unnecessary items and all the essentials were perfect. We had everything we needed and the communication with the hosts was impeccable. All in all, a perfect, affordable place to crash for a short family weekend. Thank you to the hosts for being so flexible and communicative!

This home is clean, and renovated and has comfortable beds. It was a great location to be able to walk downtown within 30 minutes and enjoy the arts and entertainment Nashville offers.

The property owners were very prompt in responding to questions & helpful with tips on what to see. The condo was just as listed. Clean, plenty of space for our group of 3. The little extras were a surprising nice touch. A quick Uber ride to anything you want to do in downtown Nashville. Would stay again.

Great little place for us to crash for the weekend. Clean, easy access, good location, and it was nice our host left us snacks and toiletries. Parking was right outside our door. Walkable to Music Row but need an Uber for Broadway at night. Would stay again.

Loved this place. Had a rough 3 nights of sleep. The beds need to be replaced! They are terrible with very large dips in the middle. New pillows in the bedroom next to the bathroom would be great! Location is good. Upstairs people were loud in middle of night but that is not the hosts fault. Nice touches of water in fridge and snacks.

The apartment had everything we needed, it was tidy, in a great location for going to Broadway, great parking, the heat was hot, the beds were comfy, and I’d definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this place. The place was very clean, safe neighborhood. Check in was easy. The place was very well stocked. Lots of extras like snacks, toiletries, information brochures . We took the Old Trolley tour. Stop #7 is about 1/2 mile from here. Easy walk and you don’t have to pay for parking for this tour! We would stay here again! The owners had great communication!
