Always a top vacation rental, our home now can accommodate 15 people, and has become a favorite among our guests who come back year after year. You'll understand what we mean when you see this tropical paradise located right in the middle of San Antonio close to all of the major attractions. Enjoy our spacious backyard area with pool, grill, fruit trees, lounge chairs, yard games and more. With ample sleeping for even the largest of families, there's no need to reserve multiple hotel rooms, when you can enjoy staying together under one roof. You'll have the entire home , pool and property to yourselves (no sharing with other families), and also have room to spread out. Our adorable cabana (the fun house!) offers additional sleeping, as well as space for family to enjoy pool (billiards), tv, games and more! FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL We are conveniently located on the northwest side of San Antonio: -6 miles to Sea World, National Shooting Complex, Medical Center and Government Canyon State National Area -10 miles to Lackland Air Force Base, UTSA, and SIX FLAGS Fiesta Texas -15 miles to downtown Riverwalk, Alamo & more! Our home offers 4 bedrooms (all located upstairs) and 2.5 baths in the main home with a 25'x15' guest house (containing 2 bunk beds, and a pool table), and we can accommodate up to 15 people. The bed layout is as follows: Master: King w/ TV & ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/ Roku smart TV Bedroom 3: Queen bed & a single convertible bed chair(3 bed spaces) Bedroom 4: Queen bed Living room: Sleeper sofa Guest House: 2 bunk beds (4 bed spaces) POOL INFO The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. We do manage a few different properties, some of which have hot tubs, so please inquire if you are looking for that amenity. Other amenities include flat screen TV's - 3 tv's have their own Fire stick for you to enjoy your own personal apps. and IMDBTV for viewing free movies and news, in the living room and guest house and main bedroom. One guest bedroom has a smart Roku tv. Also included is wireless internet, stainless steel gas grill, pool table, modern kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace, washer & dryer, and MUCH MORE! If you're headed to San Antonio to explore and enjoy the attractions, or you're just trying to escape into your own tropical paradise, look no further. Facility is adequate for a large group. Plenty of towels and utensils. Also for passive recreation. Road noise was not anticipated. House water pressure was low. Vent in master bedroom not working. Few items as reported needed attention.

My impression for having 12 people in one home was truly comfortable and relaxing. The bedrooms were spacious. The pool house was fun especially while jumping into the pool. Management was amazing and very easy to contact. We definitely enjoyed our time. Thank you for allowing my family to have a great time.

We really enjoyed the time spent in this nice home! Pool was great and house was very comfortable for our group of eight. Only thing we would say is that the living room and pool house tv’s need to be larger. But had a great time!

We came to visit San Antonio with our four teenage kids. This place was perfect for us! The kids enjoyed the pool and pool house and the main house had everything we needed. Would come back again!

This property was very clean and just as listed. Amenities were great for a family to do anything we needed. We cooked on the grill out by the pool. The pool was fun and clean. Our family vacation was a huge success. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Overall this was a great property with plenty of room and a wonderful pool to beat this texas heat! We went to Sea World, the zoo and the river walk. This property was a great location for all the things we did. We would rent this property again.

We plan a family vacation every year and this is by far one of the best homes we have stayed in. Had everything we needed, even extra!!! I have never been at a more stocked home. The accommodations were superb!! We are a family of 12 and there was plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding for pull out couch. So many positives hard to list them all. I highly recommend this home!! A+

This property is beautiful. Great space for our group of 13. The pool house was decorated very nice, My teenage grandsons loved having their own space, beds, tv and pool table. The pool was large, clean and so refreshing, my family had a lot of fun swimming. The landscape was very bueatiful and well cared for. My family had an amazing time enjoying the home and back yard. Thank for having us!!! We highly recommend this property and if we are ever in the area again we would rent this vacation home.

The pictures were deceptive, making the place seem larger than it was. The appliances are old. The dishwasher wouldn’t turn off by itself so we had to time it. The refrigerator has ice and water in the door but neither works. The outside pool house is nice but has no restroom so you have to come back in the house to use it. While I have put final dishes in the dishwasher and taken out the trash in the many other places we stayed, the cleaning fee attached to the rental was not as high as on this one. For the price we paid for cleaning, it should have been spotless and it was NOT! We also wanted the temperature at night below 70 but it would return to 70 ever time we set it to 68. I would rate this stay a 6. Out of 8 stays using VRBO, I guess we have been spoiled by great facilities and this one just didn’t deliver.

This property was amazing and super clean. The owner was super helpful and great at communicating with us for our stay. The pool was amazing and the pool house was even better. We even had a small welcome basket for our stay. Wonderful experience!

The home was clean and well supplied. It seemed a bit smaller than the pictures made it appear but the bunk house was great for our grandsons. They loved it. The house seemed to be close to so many of the places we wanted to go. We took some day trips that were a couple of hours away but many local attractions that we did and loved them.

The property wasn't cleaned very well at all, this was the biggest problem. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned and the oven wasn't cleaned from the previous renters, also the microwave had a crack in the front of it and one of the shelves in the fridge was broken, also the 5th bedroom is a room in the pool house that's not attached to the house. With that being said the home was ok the the neighborhood was ok as well, they had an instructions book explaining everything about the house, the do's and dont's

We stayed here for a basic training graduation and it was amazing. We had a great time and the hosts kept in touch whenever we needed them. I think the biggest issue we had were the amount of flies that kept coming in the house.

Property was just as listed! The only thing that was different was there wasn’t a bunk bed (it had another queen bed Instead) room aside from the ones in the pool room but that actually worked out better for us. The house and beds were clean. The kitchen came well stocked. The pool was AMAZING. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend this place! Also, the sound to the T.v in the living room has to be turned on from the middle of the sound bar…figured I’d spare someone else who spent too much time trying to figure it out 😂

My family really enjoyed our stay, it was a multi family visit the house was big enough for everyone! The pool is the perfect temp, patio area and pool house space is so nice and provides extra bed with a pad lock so it’s secure! Neighborhood is close to everything, Walmart and HEB were 7 mins away!

The property is not at all like it looks in VBRO…the beds were awful. Especially the bulk beds…. The springs we’re coming out. The neighborhood was really old. Needless to say we were very disappointed as we all felt we were ripped off and let the property manager know. I don’t understand why anyone wants a review because we won’t get any of our money back.

Pretty great location. Worked great for our needs. Comfortable house, yard is definitely not as green as pictured. The in house utensils were not great quality for cooking meals with. We would stay again, just would recommend upgrading this for easier cooking experience.
