Comfortably classy huge home / estate on the warmer east side of Bandon with calmer days and more sun! Home is 5100 square feet with 7 bedrooms, sleeps up to 16 in beds! If you have a large group, we are ok with RVs (with permission) or tents, and there is a LOT of floor space for extra sleeping bags, etc if required (bring yours!). GIGANTIC gourmet kitchen in Great Room setting make this the perfect home for social gatherings - family reunion/vacation, golf excursion, etc. Pet friendly for well-behaved pets if pet fee paid and pet rules agreed to. The Air Hockey table, Roku, Netflix, Foosball, and poker table are crowd pleasers! 1/2 mile from town, the home is just 12-15 minutes from Bandon Dunes Golf Resort and 5-6 min from the closest beach, this home is PERFECT for golfers, large families or family gatherings. Weddings are welcome too with the event fee, and we've had many! Unique and spacious floorplan - you've never seen anything like it! Hardwood in living areas with tiled bathrooms, granite surfaces, LED lighting - the details and quality are top notch. Large private patio with BBQ and tables, laundry room, air hockey, foosball, poker table, and lots of space - this home is elegant and spacious, yet very comfortable and inviting. If you are the one doing the booking, be sure to claim the 900 ft Master Suite as your own - you'll love the huge shower, separate soaking tub, and ceilings that soar to 20'. We had 8 adults staying for our golf trip to Bandon Dunes. This was a great location and the house comfortably fit everyone. We did have 2 people in one room, but was no issue because they were family. We really enjoyed the fire pit each night and hanging out watching sports in the living room. Rachelle was very prompt in her responses to inquiries and was a perfect host. We would definitely book this location on our next trip to Bandon Dunes.

The house and yard were absolutely perfect for our family. There were plenty of rooms and the firepit was a real hit. Being so close to town and the beach were extra highlights. The only downside was having to use our cellular hotspots since there was no functional internet or cable in the house. We would love to stay again sometime on a future trip to the coast.

The house and property is even better than the pictures! We celebrated our family reunion and there was ample room for all 17 of us. The house was great, the grounds are beautiful. We all enjoyed playing air hockey and football and just hanging out. Will definitely make this an annual event.

The house was perfect for our family get-together. Large common areas, lots of bedrooms and sleeping areas, and lots of outside space.

Beautiful house, beautiful location. Its huge! We had 11 adults, 1 teen and a dog and there were spare beds. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We all fit around 1 large table. Enjoyed the patio, firepit, poker table, air hocking, fuse ball and chess. There is no carpet so its kept very clean. We would definately return.

Our family traveled from Medford, OR and various parts of central and northern CA to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday by the coast. Carl and Rachelle’s property was really perfect for us, inside and out. There was ample room for our group, and the beautiful home is a short drive to town, Face Rock, and Bullard’s Beach. Not one complaint (and we can be a hard crowd to please). Like other reviews have said, the photos on the Vrbo site do not do the home justice. Thank you!

Rented the house for a guys golf weekend at Bandon. The property was a great size for our group. Very convenient to get to the golf course. The place is well taken care of, and very clean. Just as advertised.

There was enough space for 18 of us. The house is beautiful and the yards are huge and dog friendly. The kids had plenty of space to play and dance. The campfire area was fun for making s'mores. The laundry room was a huge bonus. We loved the master bedroom and the kids loved the little nook with the twin beds. They also enjoyed the deep bathtub.

This house has everything. The kitchen was well stocked, there were board games, poker, air hockey, and foos ball. There is a lovely backyard with a fire pit, where we found a load of wood waiting for us. The beach and old town area is less than 5 minutes away. This place was perfect, we’d definitely stay again.

The home had everything our group needed to be able to wind down and relax after playing golf over at Bandon Dunes. From a large couch to watch tv, a poker table to play games, and/or air hockey/foosball table - the accommodations were wonderful. The beds were also incredibly comfy! I had the opportunity to stay in the Master Suite and was very pleased with my stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home for a large group.

The house was perfect for our 10 adult 7 kids yearly new years beach weekend! We had a blast and loved the house! Comfortable, clean, spacious! We like to book a different house each year but are strongly considering booking this again!!

House had plenty of space for a large family gathering. A storm came through the area and we were not able to use the fire pit which was disappointing but there was air hockey and foosball so everyone was able to keep entertained even though we were inside for the entire stay. We did have a problem with the internet which created some unhappiness with some family members who wanted to watch football but we found a work around. There were two ovens so it made cooking for a large group easy. Large pantry and two coffee pots! Overall everyone had a great time!

This is our 3rd year for our family's Christmas gathering. The beautiful home is perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining table seats our whole family. There are areas to escape the noise of happy children or to join in on their fun. Plenty of space for us all. The host replies promptly to any questions. Thank you for opening your home to our family

This property is advertised at a certain price per night but upon checkout it was nearly double due to all the fees. When we checked in there was dog poop on the carpet from a previous stay (considering the hefty cleaning fee, you think it would be clean) There was a pretty good rain while we were there and there was water dripping from the recessed lights in the main room. It was a nice house with plenty of room, but for the price I would have hoped for a poop free environment with out water leaks.

House was spacious and accommodates a large number of guests. However, after settling in several negatives surfaced. The lighting in many places was poor or did not work, especially in the Master Bedroom and Bath. The Master Bedroom was cold due to no heat upstairs with the exception of a space heater.
The Owner/Host had a sanctimonious, self-righteous nature, which proved to be difficult to work with during checkout. I have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals and have never experienced the false accusations, difficulties and unreasonableness I experienced with this Owner/Host.

The property was great. The fire pit are was a favorite spot for everyone many hours were spent chatting and roasting marshmallows. I would definitely recommend staying if you need to accommodate a big group

Our party of 10 enjoyed our 5 night stay. There is more than enough room inside and out. Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of room to relax, watch tv, play games, and read. And a large dining table, kitchen area (modern appliances including 6 burner stove) with lots of counter space, and a big pantry. We used the outside propane barbecue to cook some meals and also cooked s'mores at the firepit.

We really enjoyed our visit. The house and outside property exceeded my expectations. My grandchildren ranged in age 10-2 and they had so much fun playing outside and with the air hockey and foosball. This was a family reunion, a total of 19 people. The house was roomy and lovely. Our family stayed here for 4 nights and found the house to be amazing. There was plenty of room for 8 adults, 5 kids and 2 dogs. The property manager was responsive to a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay. The house was clean, well stocked and large enough for families to have alone time if they needed it. The game room (specifically the air hockey table) was a huge hit with the kids. In the evening, the adults would use the fir pit and relax from a busy day. We are already making plans for another stay at this great property.
