We had the best time at this house. The pictures are exactly what the property looks like. Ivonne is Amazing. She helped us with all our organizing. The housekeeper was wonderful, too. Loved being so close to the beach. Extra nice there were beach chairs for us, umbrellas, football. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there is PLENTY of room for everyone!

We throughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Casa Blanca. The home was as displayed in the listing. It was very comfortable, well appointed, 50 steps to a beautiful beach and has a beautiful pool. The gated community had excellent security coverage. We felt very safe. Ivonne, the manager made sure we had everything we needed and was in constant communication with us setting up transportation and reservations. Myrna, the housekeeper, was incredible. Our house was spotless every day even with our 2 and 4 year old running about. Fili, the pool keeper, kept the pool and the outside in perfect shape. He even went shopping for beer and limes when needed. I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed the meals prepared by Maria’s. We enjoyed it so much we had them prepare meals for 3 days. It was all so delicious. This has been our best family vacation. Everyone felt very pampered, from the home, Myrna cleaning up after us, Fili was available for whatever we wanted or needed, the meals prepared on site by Maria’s and Ivonne ensuring that we were always taken care of. Loved it all! Will definitely be back.

We stayed here for my birthday! Ivonne was like my home girl. She was in communication with me weeks before my stay started. She made sure we had everything to make our stay unforgettable. Mirna made sure the house was spotless at all times! Fili made sure we were all taken care of. I will definitely stay here again. Book this house. You will not be disappointed !🙂

We stayed at Casa Blanca for a guys trip / bachelor party and had an amazing time! The house is located in Playacar fase 1 and is literally 50 feet from the beach! The neighborhood is quiet and is guarded and patrolled on a regular basis so it's very safe. Its also in close proximity to quinta avenita (10 minute walk) for restaurants and bars. Yvonne was amazing! She helped line up transfers, dinner reservations, and suggested several activities that we ended up doing. We stayed Wed-Sun and had an absolute blast! 10/10 would stay here again!

My group had an amazing stay at casa blanca. The house manager and staff was very understanding of our rowdy group and the location could not have been better . The house was situated in a very safe , patrolled neighborhood right on the beach and walking distance to everything you could need.

My family and friends (8) all stayed together at Casa Blanca. the ENTIRE staff is awesome! HUGE props to Ivonne, she is wonderful. She ensured our stay was managed to perfection. She consistently checked in with us. She did far above, and beyond the housing accommodations. She helped book and manage inland excursions, airport transportation, snorkeling to Cozumel, private dinners at the home. Let's talk cleanliness..... This place was spotless on arrival, it remained spotless from the relentless pursuit of Myrna. She cleaned our place for a minimum of 5 hours per day. The home itself is outfitted very well. Modern sound, TV, WIFI, Pool, Outdoor sound, AC, etc. You really cannot ask for better accommodations. The beach is very close, if you happen to see seaweed on the beach, a short walk to the right (facing ocean) will get you to a better area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we are back in playa, we will not hesitate to stay again at Casa Blanca!

We had 3 generations for our get-away and had an incredible stay at Casa Blanca. From organizing our kitchen with supplies we requested, to planning field trips and home cooked meals for us, we were supported. The Two Maria’s cooked our first and last night meals, a delicious treat of authentic Mexican food. The staff was competent, kind, and enjoyable. Yvonne had wonderful suggestions for our visit to Chichen Itza, swimming in a cenote and snorkeling around Cozumel Island. She planned our trips with every detail in place. My family, from 9 years old to 73, had an outstanding time.

Loved the house and the location of this property. Communication with the property owner was great and the house manager, Ivonne, was there to greet us despite our delayed arrival. This house is easy walking distance to downtown as well as to taxis if you want to go anywhere. Highly recommend this property!

It hasn't been since February of 2020 that our family has ventured out on a tropical vacation. Covid kept us all home and we couldn’t wait to get to Casa Blanca. With 12 humans in tow (2 being two year old boys) we descended onto Casa Blanca like a whirlwind. We filled every nook and cranny and settled in for 10 days of family fun! We couldn’t have picked a better house and location!
The staff is terrific! Fili was here daily doing anything we needed. From taking care of the grounds and pool to running in for groceries (mainly alcohol). His smiling face was always a welcome sight when he rounded the corner.
Then we have Myrna who kept us as neat and tidy as a person could with twelve people living in a house. I’m sure she won’t miss the two year olds being obsessed with patio and glass doors!
I can not say enough about Perla and Theresa. They truly made our vacation magical and stress free feeding us throughout the day. Their cooking was excellent, even for our picky eater, and were willing to make anything to keep us happy. We tasted some fantastic Mexican cuisine and some wonderful variations of our family favorites. I would highly recommend these two ladies!

The beach house was a perfect getaway for my family and I. The location was breathtaking, just 50 steps from the beach. with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach is all sand with no rocks and we spent everyday in the ocean.
The interior of the house was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The house manager, Ivonne, was amazing and always available both before, during, and after our stay. My entire family loves her and we will always stay in touch. The daily house keeper, Myrna, was like a ninja! She was always there but rarely seen. The pool/ maintenance man, Fili, was there every day to keep the property in order and was happy to run into town for anything we might need. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the beach, pool, and the nearby restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the sea. You will not be disappointed!

We celebrated our daughters birthday at Casa Bianca and had a blast. The house has everything you could ask for and the location is perfect. Very close to town and a half block from the beach. Ivonne could not have been more accommodating, making it a special experience. I highly recommend Casa Blanca!

My wife and I stayed there for 8 days for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been more happy with how everything worked out. House is immaculately clean - merna the maid was a delight and amazing. The private chefs ( Maria's) made some of the best good we had while we were there and Feli is amazing as well! He ran and got us ice and whatever drinks we needed so we didn't have to leave the beach/house/ or pool, and he kept the grounds impeccably clean. Ivonne deserves her own paragraph on how amazing she was. Literally anything you can think of from food to activities to just relaxing, she knows all the best places and can arrange everything you need. She made our trip that much better. We had a luxurious resort room picked out and canceled when we found this, and I suggest to anyone om the fence to book this as soon as possible. There were 4 main bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, huge pool and hot tub, sun deck, literally 1 min walk from the beach. There are too many amazing things to list about this house and the staff, but we will be re-visiting the next chance we get.

The house fit our party perfectly and was very clean and comfortable. So close to the beach you could hear the waves at night. Easy walking distance to 5th ave. and many yummy restaurants. We would love to come back asap.

What can I say except that this is an amazing property!!! The location is so perfect in many ways. From the "marias" who are the best cooks ever to Phil who was not only very sweet but very accomodating to myrna who kept everything so spotless it was almost like checking into a hotel every day!!!! The host Yvonne was so friendly and welcoming and made the experience top notch!!!!!
We can only hope that we can stay at this property many times in the future because it was perfect!!!!

She's bilingual which is a plus if your not fluent in Spanish. Once inside she had everything I had requested on point. We were celebrating our son's 30th Bday & she had the perfect balloons along w/a delicious cake request. We had a chef make us the most mouth watering-authentic Mexican food! She does not disappoint, totally worth it! You will regret not using her services! Secondly, the rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom, very clean & functional. Beds are comfortable, fresh sheets/towel'. Every morning you wake up feeling grateful because a lot of effort goes into keeping their guests happy. There's plenty of closet space, lighting is perfect for makeup. I can not complain about the rooms, all of them are private, well-kept & beautiful. The pool is just right! The sun heats it perfectly. Filli (the pool guy) keeps it pristine! He's such a nice guy, there was a day where we all had a little too much tequila & he was nice enough to bring us food & hydration! If that doesn't say top service then I don't know what does. We loved chatting with him & sharing laughs! The maid service was exceptional. Mirna, such a sweet lady always made sure we had clean EVERYTHING! We never wore our shoes inside and yet she kept the floors sparkling. She does not miss a beat. The home was always looking gorgeous. We spent a lot of time @ the beach which is literally 50 steps away & it's absolutely beautiful! No storms, no seaweed, just see-through water & sun tan lines. No overwhelming peddlers on this side of the beach. Like mentioned above, Ivonne the house manager was in constant contact w/me making sure everything was running smoothly, helped us when needed, answering questions & she's just a marvelous attentive professional. Right now, You’re probably looking at all different Houses to rent in Mexico, but please, STOP what you are doing and RENT THIS HOUSE! You will NOT be disappointed!
The House is gorgeous, excellent condition, beautifully furnished, immaculate in every corner. House in a perfect location, 50 steps to the beach (even better than being right on the beach I think), and you can see the beach & ocean from pool, driveway, and 2 upstairs bedrooms. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to town, which has everything you need. It’s in a very secure, private and inviting gated community in Playa Del Carmen.
Ivonne - the house manager was fabulous, she is such a kind and friendly woman. She was there to greet us upon arrival, answered All our questions immediately before/ during/ after our stay, was there anytime we needed her. She set up transportation to and from Airport and adventures, COVID tests at the house for Us, and even came to say good bye and waive to us as we sadly left…
Mirna - the House maid was there every single day, (expect Sundays), to clean the entire house for us, do the dishes, do our laundry, and even changed the bed sheets every other day on All beds! She is so sweet and we loved having her there with us (she’s included with the house so nice!).
Fele - the maintenance and pool manager was also so wonderful, kind, and nice. He always had a smile on his face. He helped us with our luggage, cleaned the pool and property every single day, and even got a ladder out one day to cut down coconuts for my little nephew. So nice!!
The House overall will absolutely not disappoint, it’s gorgeous!! 4 beautiful master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, plus an additional bathroom off the pool/ dining room area. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Large open kitchen, dining room, and living room. Everyone was so comfortable!
Chefs/ Cooks - “The Maria’s” even came and cooked for us 2 nights when we were there and their service and food was 5-starts. Well worth it for awesome food and dining in is nice.

We ate an incredible feast prepared by Los Marias the night we arrived and it was the best meal (by far) that we had during our stay. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable for lots of people. We had 3 couples and 3 kids ages 2-8 and we all had plenty of space. The house was spotless and the housekeepers kept the floors and kitchen spotless. The pool was meticulously cared for by Fili. I loved chatting with him in the mornings and he even went on a beer run for me! The staff was incredible. Ivonne, the house manager was in communication weeks before our trip helping us sort out transportation for a trip to Tulum, getting groceries and answering any questions I had. I joked with my family that I would keep texting her questions even after our trip ended! :D She checked in everyday to see if we needed anything and made the trip flawless.
The location of the house is perfect. 5 min to Starbucks, 20 min to Walmart, but you feel like you're away from it all. The neighborhood is gorgeous and well maintained. Casa Blanca is a lovely house, and was perfect for four adults and two kids. It's located a block from the beach access, a short walk to 5th Avenue, and in a safe and secure neighborhood. I wasn't sure about having a housekeeper around, but it was absolutely fabulous. We hardly noticed she was in the house except for everything magically being neat, super clean, and tidy. Ivonne of course was super helpful, checked in to make sure everything was going well, and had great recommendations for restaurants, etc. She even arranged Mariachis come and play for us while the two Marias cooked a delicious dinner.
I hope we can come back, and highly recommend the house to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

Super as expected
Casa Blanca is a lovely house, and was perfect for four adults and two kids. It's located a block from the beach access, a short walk to 5th Avenue, and in a safe and secure neighborhood. Perfect
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Blanca! The house was perfect for our mother/daughter group with plenty of space for our group of six. The set up of the bedrooms offers a lotof privacy. We had a delicious dinner cooked for us our first night there - what a treat after a long day of travel! Ivonne the house manager is the BEST. She checked on us frequently, was incredibly responsive, had wonderful dinner recommendations. She took care of pre-grocery shopping, excursions, and even gave our teenagers a ride home after running into her at breakfast one morning. Mirna the housekeeper was lovely and kept the house spotless. Fili was a delight! Always a smile on his face, got us ice at a moments notice and picked up lunch for us when we were too lazy to leave the pool. The location is very walkable to town and when we wanted to get a cab they were plentiful by the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We also had “The Marias” cook a traditional Mexican meal one evening and we all agreed it was the best meal we had all week. They were lovely ladies. It was a wonderful week and we made great memories as a family. The staff at Casa Blanca helped in making it very relaxing and enjoyable for all of us. We would enjoy staying at Casa Blanca again!

Wonderful house and management team!
This house is very spacious, modern, and lovely! Steps away from the beach and we enjoyed the pool every day. The house manager, Ivonne, was very helpful with check in and property-related needs. She was also a great resource for questions about Playa del Carmen, arranging grocery delivery, covid tests, etc.! Neighborhood is nice and walkable to the ferry port and main drag of activity.

Fatastic Rental Home!!
I just returned from a week at Casa Blanca and could not be happier with my stay! If you are thinking of staying here, just do it! Ivonne (the house manager) was so kind, responsive, & helpful during our visit. She gave us loads of good suggestions and helped coordinate all of our adventures. The house chefs "The Two Marias" definitely made some of the best food we had in Playa, highly recommend their catering. All in all, I can not wait to be back on the beach that is literally steps away from the house. Loved staying at Casa Blanca and look forward to going back. 5 ⭐️ all the way
