Private lakefront home offers luxury and warmth in a peaceful, private lakefront setting with gas fire-pit and private covered fishing dock (no boat parking). This exceptional home is less than 4 miles from the Branson Strip and attractions, but its location on Lake Taneycomo, across from wooded hills, provides attractions of its own: - Sit at the house on the screened porch overlooking the lake. - The water is deep and so clear you can see the trout swimming by. The gathering/dining area has a high ceiling, wood burning fireplace, and flat screen TV. The fully-furnished kitchen features granite countertops and full-sized appliances. The laundry closet has a full-sized washer and dryer. Dishes, cookware, soaps, paper products, towels, linens, and puzzles are furnished. The lodge sleeps up to 6 people plus a sofa sleeper and a twin mattress for additional 3 guests. The master bedroom on the main level has a tall kingsize bed, private bath, and large windows overlooking the lake. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms that share a spacious full bath. The white and blue "squirrel bedroom" has a queen bed and a view of the lake. The red "buffalo bedroom" has a queen bed and a view of the side yard and stream. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, upstairs are DVD only. The main level bathrooms have custom tile showers, upstairs has a tub/shower. A pullout sofa sleeper in the gathering area accommodates an additional two people.

Came to the area for an annual ladies' shopping trip. We typically stay somewhere different each trip, but will definitely try to stay here again if the dates work for next year. The photos are great, but cannot do the home justice. The home itself is beautiful and the setting overlooking the lake is amazing. Decorated for the holidays in pretty much every room. Even the kitchen plates were holiday themed. We had so much fun shopping and also hanging out in the evening around the fireplace. Enjoyed the weekend so much!

Wonderful accommodation for our short Thanksgiving stay, made even more special being decorated for the holidays! House and landscape design are really impressive. Everything we needed and more in the kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Will be back!

What a fantastic week on Taneycomo. I used to visit the area..2 houses down, during my childhood fishing with my dad. Brought back many memories! The place is super, quite and very clean! The wife and I fished every day, of course went shopping and ate at some great local places!

This place is beautiful. I wish we had the time to stay longer. I didn’t get to fully enjoy the screened in back porch. It is definitely a place to relax.

Loved the home!!! Perfect for a family get-together!! Had a great time fishing from the boat dock. Covered deck on back had a great view of the lake (more like a river) and very peaceful, great for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. Plenty of room for everyone to watch TV or Movie, and table to play games with the family. Close to Branson (shopping, Branson Landing, shows, putt-putt, etc.). Within 15-20 minutes of most things that we wanted to do. Could not swim in the lake, but Moonshine beach was about 20 minutes away and was a great place to go. Easy communication with the owner...almost instant reply back to any questions you might have and was very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay this week at this property! It was a clean property with most of the things you would need furnished. The screened in porch is nice with lake views and the outdoor fire pit is also nice for roasting smores. We caught a lot of trout right off the dock so hoping to come back in the future.

We only spent one night but wish we could have stayed longer !! Everything about our stay was awesome. House was amazing. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room! Outside area was perfect. Elaine was sweet. Thank you so much! We would love to come back and stay longer 😀

Loved the house and area. However, very unclean, toilets were not just gross but absolutely filthy. Kitchen was also dirty to include food falling out of dish drain towel. Water heater temp needs to be increased. This stay happened during Spring break. I sent a message and pics to the owner. Her response was basically "if your not happy move to town and I'll refund you." Where could we "go" it's spring break everything was booked. By the time she responded my family had already cleaned the kitchen and were working on the bathrooms which was made clear to the owner. Owner never once offered to reimburse for the cleaning nor did she even apologize for the state of the home. I realize the owner had some personal issues going on and for that I'm sorry, and pray that it turns out to be nothing. However, this is a business and should be treated as such. Hire some college kids to do the cleaning, you are charging for it after all.

Elaine was a wonderful host, easy to reach and quick to respond. The house was exactly what was advertised. The outdoor area is fabulous although the cold temps kept us from being out there more. Super cozy home, with a large wood burning fireplace that we used all day everyday while we were there. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances that we needed. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here.

All notifications were timely received. Property as described and very clean. Great access to all things Branson, but nice and quite area for relaxing. If we had one wishlist item, it would be better lighting in the living room. Highly recommend!

We loved the views from the back deck. Nights were chilly , so we loved using fireplace. It would have been really nice to have had fire wood furnished with the rental. The bedroom downstairs has a bed so tall it’s very difficult to get into even with the step stool. No place to sat in bedroom to put on shoes. Everyone complained about the flat pillows. We found kitchen to be fully equipped for our needs. Front porch lights need to be brighter as it’s difficult to see opening the front door. It was nice to have paper goods furnished.

Bed sucked and needs replaced otherwise this house is pretty cute! clean and updated enough that it didn’t feel like the old house it looks like it is. Enjoyed our stay and watching the boats go by! Awesome location to get away from the Branson crazies too!

This property accommodated our family of 9 wonderfully: a senior couple, their two adult children (and spouses) and three grandchildren ages, 3, 4.5 and 7.5. Not much luck fishing on the dock but enjoyed the view. We used the gas grill and loved the gas fire pit for s’mores and nighttime outdoor ambience once the kids were down on the pull out sofa bed. We especially liked the location as we were close to a grocery store, State Park Marina, Moonshine Public Beach, Branson Strip, Top of the Rock, and The Landing. We did lot in just 4 days. A great place to celebrate my 70th birthday!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was even better than the pictures. The location was close to everything and yet felt secluded. The backyard was incredible. We caught rainbow trout from the dock and several 5+ pound bass from Table Rock Lake. The lake behind the house is more like a river with year round temps under 50 degrees and a swift current so its definitely not for swimming. However, it was beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

There is no way the pictures can do this home justice. We spent 5 days and 4 nights for our first trip to Branson and I am so blessed that we got to experience it in Elaine’s home. It was the most peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable time. Sitting on the screened in porch and eating supper as we watched the thunderstorm was amazing. This is not a property it’s a home and Elaine gives you every comfort you could need. Bring your personal items and food, everything else is waiting for you.❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed our time in this house. The close proximity to the lake and Branson are great. The house was just as pictured. Cozy warm feeling. Clean! We enjoyed fishing for trout, sitting by the fireplace and family time. Near by Italian restaurant, mr. Gilberti’s was amazing also. There is another property immediately to side of home but this home was so quiet you wouldn’t know. We are already planning another stay here!
