Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. House was great, Communication by local Mgt is not so great. We discovered that there was some plumbing issues resulting us not able to use the washer, showers and able to only use one bathroom without flushing. Two different plumbing companies were sent out however, local mgt never contacted us despite our request until our last evening, when we were notified by the local office that we needed to vacate the property and only given a 100 dollar refund. We understand issues happen, but the service of following up with the guest should be top priority. Just our opinion.

House and location were great. It is an older home but has lots of updates. Always felt safe! Easy access to wherever we wanted to go. Got to silver dollar city in about 20 minutes!

The location of this home was perfect. Walking distance to The Landing and other old town shops. The home was warm, cozy and had plenty of space to spread out. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.
