Situated in Beaver Creek, this attractive house for $255 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. With one of the best locations above the Beaver Creek Village and in close proximity to the nearest lift and ski access, this is one of the best sites and values at Beaver Creek. Have the convenience of a great location at an incredible value at the Meadows. Walk upstairs to the rustic top floor great room of this four level, three bedroom, four bathroom plus den residence sleeps 8. The updated kitchen is open to the dining room and overlooks the spacious living room featuring Western Lodge decor, vaulted ceilings and a large wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs on the entry level is the master suite, with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. On the second level of the home, there are two more bedrooms; one guest room offering two twin beds with an en suite bathroom and the other offering a king sized bed with en suite bath. Below the master suite is a den with TV that offers a quiet retreat or a fourth bedroom with a pull out sleeper sofa. Ski out access is located across the street to the Highlands base area. Ski in on the Meadows Skiway, then head down the stairs to the parking area adjacent to the townhouse. Guests enjoy year-round access to a shared outdoor hot tub as well as the outdoor pool at the Highlands Lodge. There are also flat screen TVs in each bedroom plus living room, free wireless and Comcast cable. A complimentary shuttle is available from 7:00am to Midnight that will take you anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at C3 Meadows have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more. This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays. This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $3,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Very good stay at this property. Three "wishes" to add to make it better:
1. guest acces to a washer and dryer for clothes
2. a cover or umbrella for the back porch It always had a hot sun on that porch and was not comfortable.
3. Verified usage of an operational hot tub and pool. We weren't able top use a working one of either.

Great place to stay with family and friends. There is some discrepancy regarding true ski in/ ski out. You can ski in using a cat walk which was fine for our skiers but not great for our one who snowboards. There was no ski out. Directions were to walk with equipment quite a ways down the hill or take the shuttle to a drop off point. We elected to take the shuttle which was not to troublesome. Otherwise, the property was well kept and had everything we needed. The property manager, Hunter, was also very helpful and responsive for any needs.

Great location with easy access to the lifts. There is only one parking spot, but there’s lots of space in the house and plenty of separation so everyone can have their own space.

Three bedroom plus a pull out sofa gives plenty of room for up to eight. Spacious layout with ample bathrooms and a nice kitchen. Ski out is a bit of a walk and the stairs are not shoveled so be careful. Ski in requires some work at the catwalk but overall very doable. Also there is only one reserved parking space but we were able to park in the first come first served parking spaces.

The owner was very kind to leave her Hummingbird feeder out for us to enjoy. A pleasant surprise to watch these amazing birds everyday. The hiking trail start right from the backyard above. The neighborhood was lovely. Restaurants in Beaver Creek are very good, especially the Golden Eagle Inn. We had a fabulous time hiking and exploring. I would highly recommend this townhouse. Terrific townhome with great proximity to the slopes. Hot tub and wood burning fire place were the off the slopes highlights. The décor is very Colorado, some incredible art and taxidermy pieces. Last but not least the accommodations offered flexibility for a group of adult who were mostly able to get their own room and bath.

The place was very cozy and served us well. It is a little worn around the edges, and we had a few hiccups, but it was a great place to take our two dogs and ski. It is not really ski in. Have to take the shuttle to get to and from lifts. The property management group was excellent!

Great place to stay
Our family enjoyed the stay at this amazing townhome. The location was ideal and we liked having the bus available to take into town. The home was laid out perfectly for us to have privacy, but also allowed family time around the fireplace and in the kitchen. There is plenty of space here and the kitchen is stocked nicely with spices, pots, pans, and the things you need to cook and prepare meals. We highly recommend this Meadows property. The Management team was responsive and helped tremendously and promptly to requests like additional fire wood. Also, when it snowed there were people out shoveling to keep the sidewalks safe and clean.

The townhouse (C3 Meadows) was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 2 children. The unit was exactly what we were expecting from the description and the pictures we saw on their website. It was well stocked with all the necessities from day one. The location was great as we had children in ski school, so ski in/out was not a requirement. It was a very short shuttle ride to the village with the free shuttle service always being on time with an average wait time of about 10 minutes. The property management group (Mountain Management Group) was very professional and only an email or a phone call away. They were in contact with me prior to and during our stay making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this group as we vacation there twice annually.

There were very few things wrong with the condo itself and the few things that we did find we indicated in a note that we left (something wrong with the curtains at the main window and some other small items). But none of these items detracted from our stay; we just wanted to mention them so you would be aware.

Second year in a row we have rented here—this unit has lots of beds and baths and accepts pets. It’s full of character and mounted animals! Be sure to view the photos to see if it suits your taste, but we find it fun for a week. Llove the ease of taking 5he shuttle bus to the mountain or out to restaurants. The management company was very responsive to any request.

The property was well maintained and perfect for our needs. The two separate living spaces gave everyone room to spread out. The property had tons of distinctive touches, including an array of Western art. Every time we entered, we noticed something new! The shuttle was a convenient way to get into the village, and we could easily ski back to the property. I would definitely recommend the property and plan to stay here again.

February 2017 Stay
Everything about this ski vacation was quality and a great experience. We had powder days and corduroy days. And we had our fill of the complimentary chocolate chip cookies everyday at 3 pm. The mountain was easy to access via a short walk to a ski in spot and we could ski home or ride the free shuttle to our door step.
The townhome was very comfortable for our group of 8 and a great location. The hot tub was very convenient and felt great after a day on the mountain.
The Mountain Management/Ocean Summit staff was always ready to help in every way. They were very pleasant and always eager to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Beautiful and quiet. Very clean. Easy transportation into the village. Getting out in the morning: Slopes are either a short walk, a 90 sec drive, or a quick (free) bus ride. Coming home in the afternoon: Ski right up to the back of the condo... super easy! Slept 8 perfectly.
