You will be staying in the original carriage house of this beautiful Queen Anne Victorian home built in 1878.lovingly restored and remodeled carriage house with full kitchen,two bedrooms with queen size beds.Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs.Cozy living room with TV,wifi,cable,electric fireplace.Sitting room/dining room with antique grand piano for your pleasure.Washer and dryer for your convenience.Small front yard with ornate gazebo for your use.We clean,sanitize everything and wash all linens at high temp.

We stayed here once before and had such a good experience that we decided to stay again. In spite of a terrible ice storm that altered some of our plans, the hosts went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had what we needed. We plan on staying again fairly soon, but we'll plan for warmer weather next time! The place is so cozy and comfortable!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving 2022 and were astounded at how beautiful this place is. There is literally nothing that would remotely give this property any less than five stars. This is our second time staying here and to be honest, it is a little sad to have to go home.

We have stayed here multiple times and it keeps getting better. Hosts are unbelievably friendly and accommodating. They were able to extend our stay for a day due to some car issues even though it cut down on their turnaround time for the next guests which was extremely thoughtful and appreciated. We will stay here every time if it’s available

Beautiful cottage feel. We had a little trouble with the combo to get the keys, as the code I had received in my email did not work on the key box, but a quick call to VRBO customer service and all was fixed. The owners were amazing and so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I was worried it would be hard to heat… NOT A PROBLEM! The fireplace heater was beautiful and warmed the downstairs nice and cuddly. TV in bedrooms, which I love (I’m a fall asleep to the TV person). I would only advise people with mobility issues, the bathroom is upstairs, and there is a step up to the living room. Seems perfect if you had kids, or two couples.

My family and I absolutely loved this rental - it was beautiful, perfectly clean and the owners were awesome! The carriage house is so cozy and comfortable and clearly well loved by the owners. It's the cleanest, most well maintained property I have ever stayed at - the bedrooms are quiet, with really great beds and I just wished our stay was longer! We were there to visit our son at University of Oregon and it's a quick 20-25 minute drive to Eugene and less than 15 minutes from the airport. My whole family (including my 15 year old) recommends this rental and we will definitely be going back!

We stayed here during OSU family weekend. A little far from Corvallis but gave our college student opportunity to explore outside of Corvallis. This house is perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable.

This is more of a house than a cottage - thought the English gardens all around it definitely add to the charm, along with the gazebo and pink Victorian details. With a kitchen, full restroom and two bedrooms, plus a living room and piano in the dining room, PLUS a laundry room, it's got everything anyone could need. It's very pretty and very charming.

This house is charming, warm and welcoming. The hosts are amazing and provide so many nice amenities. This was our first experience with VRBO and I highly recommend.
The town is adorable. We had a great evening at the Beer Stop. Very walkable area with many local restaurants near by. If you’re looking for a well appointed and relaxing place, this is perfect.

I came from Montana to meet my sister for Albany’s Antiques in the Streets and the Coburg Antique Fair. This was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay in between activities. Our hosts were friendly and gracious and provided everything we needed for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Was a little confused on the check in process but that could have just been me not being used to the vrbo platform. Other than that it was pretty dang clean and very unique huge bathroom and the beds were pretty comfortable. Didnt spend much time there mostly just to sleep but would stay again!

I selected this property, mainly because it is in Junction City, where my daughter and family live. The location was great, right off the main street and only a couple blocks from her house. The cottage is a beautiful 2 bedroom Victorian style, with comfortable furniture that matches the cottage style. The owner was very friendly and everything I needed was there including a laundry. I think I will definitely stay there again.

Exactly as advertised, and super clean too. Just 20 minutes to the heart of Eugene, but away from big city. Walk to several eateries. My wife is pretty fussy about beds, but slept well here. We would stay there again.

My wife and I showed up and the property owner was outside trimming the very pretty cottage garden. He welcomed us and we had a short talk. He was friendly and helpful. The house was clean and perfect for our short stay. We will come again!

Only downfall was the train at night. Woke me up about 2am.

We enjoyed the beautiful details of this historic home and the wonderful landscaping. Dick & Cindy provided all the amenities that we wanted. Checking in was simple and welcoming. Restaurants were plentiful and we mostly enjoyed the friendliness at Viking Inn just a few blocks away.

We thoroughly enjoyed the “carriage house”. It provided us a home away from home. The kitchen was well supplied, and the laundry facilities were much appreciated.
We will definitely book this property again if we are in Junction City, OR.

The home was great! It was a little tricky to find the home since we got there after dark and the photos in the listing show the main house but the owners live in the main home, the cottage was tricky to find since I was looking for a 3 story victorian home. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent. Comfortable, cozy, exceptionally clean. Supplied with all necessities in abundance. Highly recommended. At home feel with private bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Public areas kitchen, dining and living room downstairs. Would book again. Owners close by and available if needed.

We feel so lucky to have stayed in this spacious property during the World Athletics Championships in Eugene. It was well-priced, clean, comfortable and well-located. Host was very nice and the whole process was easy. There were even water bottles and snacks in the refrigerator. Such a nice touch! Also, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and butter - much key elements that other accommodations don't have. Highly recommend.

We loved the pink cottage! It was very comfortable and clean, with many thoughtful amenities , snacks, water, fans, clearly marked remotes, flashlihhts by our beds, etc.
We stayed with our 2 6 year olds and it was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable as well as all of the furniture.
We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House. Hosts were great! House fit our needs perfectly as we toured Eugene and the Oregon Coast. Would recommend this to a smaller group of people, 2 couples or a family of up to 4. We really appreciated the simple check-out process and the cold drinks in the fridge upon our arrival!

World Athletics Championships
Father/Daughter trip to the Championships in Eugene. This property was perfect as it was just a 15-20 min drive to Airport and Uof O. Easy to find and comfortable. Liked the tvs in both rooms and the power strips with usb ports. Appreciated the bottles of water and orange juice.
