It is also a wonderful Friends and Family gathering place...Rent one, or both of these beautiful charming homes. Enjoy the sun-filled rooms in this quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown, bike/walking paths, numerous eateries, galleries, shops, and 2 beautiful parks. We take pride in anticipating what our guests will need, and enjoy while staying at our homes. Have a good night's sleep in one of the 2 upstairs bedrooms in your queen bed with premier linens and comforters, extra blankets, & down pillows. Then begin your day with a cup of coffee (Keurig) & breakfast in the fully-appointed sunny kitchen - your dining table seats 6. All new appliances & washer/dryer add to your home-away-from-home experience.There is also a comfy queen-size sofa bed in the main floor living room. Bring along your favorite music - you'll find a Bose docking station to enjoy. Communication was excellent and the house had everything we could have needed and more. So comfy! They even made a point to leave the outside light on for our late night arrival. It’s also centrally located to restaurants and other Bozeman activities. Loved it!

Great property for two couples. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchen is roomy and well appointed. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Main Street for shopping/dining. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for my daughter's wedding in Bozeman. The owner was very easy to deal with and the house was impeccable.You couldn't get a better location for everything that we wanted to see and do while in Bozeman. It is within walking distance to downtown with all the wonderful stores and restaurants. We definitely chose the right house to rent for all of our needs.

The house is VERY clean and comfy! The host had snacks, a bottle of wine, and bottled water available. It is very well stocked with all of the amenities you would need. It was extremely easy to connect with the host. We will be back!

The house is beautifully decorated and maintained. It was well stocked, impeccably clean and had every amenity you could possibly need. It surpassed all our expectations. We arrived in Bozeman in minus 33 degree temperatures and the house was warm, cozy and inviting. A perfect place to celebrate Christmas and New Year with our family. We loved our 2 week stay and hope to return soon. Thank you Kristie for your hospitality.

This property is amazing, location is perfect and the entire house is well stocked. We rented both houses for family while we attended MSU graduation. Lots of room for everyone to gather for meals. This was our 2nd time at this property, hope to back for a 3rd!

Kristie's home is absolutely beautiful. The location to downtown is an easy walk, the neighborhood is quiet, and sitting on the deck is so peaceful. Another HUGE perk are the beds. They are extremely comfortable, I am going to miss that when I go to sleep at home later tonight!! Kristie was easy to contact, and so helpful before and during our stay. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Bozeman!!

This place was amazing! Decorated beautifully, inside and out. Yes, even the landscaping was beautiful! It is located close to everything. Even downtown can be in walking distance, if you are so inclined to walk. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there is a beautiful back deck that we used nightly to enjoy the weather. So glad we had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Kristie, and her husband when they both popped by to check on the place and keep it beautiful. Really the nicest people. We will definitely plan to return. We so enjoyed our visit and staying in this perfect VRBO.

We rented this VRBO in Bozeman because it accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. We were so pleased to find the home in a great location / neighborhood! Kristi & Don the owners are so hospitable & have thought of all the details for a rental home. I love the home has such a beautiful garden, even a lil herb garden for guest. We visited in August & the AC worked perfectly! I could go on & on. We would highly recommend . You can also reserve the house next door they own & on vrbo for a larger group. We will be back… oops I just shared our secret Fav VRBO!!!!!

I rented this place (and a friend rented the one across the way) for my wedding - and wow. This place had everything we needed and then some. An amazing kitchen stocked with cooking and baking utensils, a laundry room that we put to good use, a wonderful back deck. The location is perfect as well, just a short walk to town, quiet, plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again and I think some of my friends are already thinking of booking this place on future trips! Owner is so nice, got to chat with her in person and we felt so welcomed. Thanks for everything!

We completely enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is as wonderful as the home. First, the home was immaculate, up to date, really nice layout, very nicely furnished, comfortable beds. The house sits on such a lovely, large, grassy lot. The neighborhood is grass and tree lined---beautiful and quiet. Easy walk (0.7 mile) to the great downtown of Bozeman! They have another adjacent home so it would be perfect for a large group to rent both! When we return to Bozeman, we'll definitely rent this home again!
