Nestled in Centerville, this charming house for $172 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Two bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, one car garage house on a dead end street in Hyannis, Ma. Just five minutes from the ocean. Hyannis is located perfectly in the middle of Cape Cod so it is easy to get to all the great sights Cape Cod has to offer. Hyannis is also home to the Cape Cod Mall, Cape Cod Potato Chip factory, the JFK Museum and the ports to go to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket (including the high speed ferry port). House has cable tv, wifi, garage, washer and dryer. Brand new living room set with a pull out sofa (2017). Living room and kitchen just painted end of April 2017.

Stayed with my older parents and we all enjoyed our stay. The place is on the small side but plenty of room for us. My parents appreciated the ramp to the front door. The twin beds are very firm which I don’t mind but the pillows are too soft in my opinion so bring your own if that’s important to you. I do wish they had a drip coffee maker and a tea kettle but those are small things to complain about. Overall, it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great rental for a family of 4. We liked having 1.5 bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer. The location was great, the house is on a quiet street and it is close to Craigsville beach, miniature golf and downtown Hyannis and a market is nearby. The a/c window units were really good and helped cool the house down. We would definitely come back here again.

We had an even better time than we anticipated. Super convenient with grocery store and restaurants right up the road. Beaches of your choosing minutes away. Not overly touristy while also having anything you could want. Great balance for our family of 5.

Event though this home was older and inside was dated, it dleivered in that it had everything that one needed while staying away from home. Plus, the location was perfect for our week on the Cape

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The house was spotlessly clean. The home was on a quiet street with comfortable furniture and beds, spacious back yard with a beautiful deck which we enjoyed. AC was not needed, linens were provided although being a germaphobe we bought are own.
We would highly recommend and hope to return again.

Very home like and comfortable feeling. Excellent for commutes to Boston area and Conn. to visit friends and relatives. House was well equipped with dishes, cookware and linens. Grocery store, gas station, package store and great breakfast place (the Daily News) just down the street. Just a short distance from historic downtown and shopping. Quiet and relaxing.

Fantastic spot!
We needed a small home base for a cape adventure and this was perfect! Our family from many states planned to all be on the cape at the same time and with three young kids we knew we'd need a place to relax, regroup, and reset. The house was clean and nearby to everything in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kiddos adored the garden figurines and said goodbye to each.

Nice small house with lots of sleeping options. The property was clean and accurately described on Vrbo and is within walking distance to a supermarket. It’s also near major routes for traveling further out to the Cape or north to Plymouth and Boston. Recommended.

Golf weekend
With a two day golf tournament, this was the ideal location for a group of four friends. It was clean, multiple bathrooms, tv and great deck, grill, and backyard. A quiet dead end street with gas, pizza, liquor store and Shaw's all within walking distance. Absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Great Location
Very good central location on the Cape, near the beach and Hyannis - shopping, restaurants and the high speed ferry to the islands are all 5 minutes away. The house was very clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Situated on a quiet dead-end street the house was a convenient 5 min drive from the beach (parking was $25 a day) and close to several grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and a mini golf (cash only).
The house was very clean and orderly. We foolishly stopped to buy cleaning products while on our way, only to discover the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was very spacious (my little one enjoyed chasing bubbles and watching the birds back there) and the front driveway easily accommodates 2 cars.
Overall we enjoyed this home away from home.

House was very well supplied with linens, towels, the necessities. We were very pleased with the house. Felt like home.
Contact person being right across the street was convenient He proved to be kind and helpful when minor problem arose.
Convenient location Even a good grocery store and nice breakfast restraunt within walking distance of home.
Would certainly consider home for rental in future.

Great Place in Cape Cod
Great location, AC for summer nights, clean, kitchen is equipped to make food if needed and patio table to enjoy the evening dinner. We enjoyed our time at the place.
