jestem bardzo zadowolona

Serdecznie polecam, w pokoju wszystko jest zadbane, jest bardzo czysto, na gości czeka kawa itp, w pokoju czekają także kupony do pobliskiej kawiarnii, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie. Dodatkowo ogromnym plusem jest super kontakt z właścicielami, którzy są pomocni mimo późnego zakwaterowania i pomagają ze wszystkim :) Bardzo życzliwi :) Również nie było problemu z zostawieniem bagaży na kilka godzin :) Ocena 100/10 🤍

Pescara b&b furbetto

La posizione nella via principale vicino al centro al mare e ai negozi

Praticamente tutto, dalla stanza cn un forte odore di fogna, al comportamento della proprietaria. Ho dovuto chiedere la carta igienica tutti i giorni tramite messaggi in quanto nn si è fatta vedere mai (neanche per il pagamento. Mi ha fatto lasciare soldi sul tavolino dimenticandosi poi di avvisare quando ritirati) se b&b vuol dire questo meglio un hotel in cui le persone ancora si parlano. Non viene fatta la pulizia della stanza mai ne se stai un gg, due, tre o quattro (nn pretendevamo le pulizie fini ma arriviamo dalla spiaggia e almeno una rassettata nel bagno carta igenica asciugamani puliti ) Ps consegnano dei buoni per la colazione da fare al bar sotto e anche lì imbarazzo perché mi hanno fatto pagare di più nonostante il buono. Non consiglio qst posto.

Sì ma no

Sono stata solamente una notte quindi non ho usufruito del servizio pulizia e cambi asciugamani etc. Devo dire che la camera era pulita nei sanitari e nel pavimento, quindi bene. La colazione nel bar convenzionato consiste in cappuccino e cornetto, il minimo ma molto buono, quindi benissimo. Comodo anche avere il microonde, il frigo e la macchina del caffè e dell'acqua a disposizione.

Purtroppo la pulizia degli spazi non si riflette nella biancheria: c'erano macchie gialle su un asciugamano e sul lenzuolo, che assieme alla federa era di qualità infima, palesemente sfibrato da mille lavaggi. Ma soprattutto, dal bagno venivano su dei cattivi odori che siamo riusciti a tamponare solo chiudendo tutti gli scarichi e tenendo la finestra sempre aperta (per fortuna è ancora caldo). Stando una notte va bene tutto, ma non ci farei soggiorni più lunghi.

It says it's B&B, but there was no breakfast :( The cafe downstairs was closed, we checked few times.

Very good

A very compact room, the balcony was amazing and aircon was a bonus.

That there was a notice put up for the day we left for exterminators to come in for rats or cockroaches.

All was good

All was good, though after a few days of staying we were missing towels change and cleaning. Maybe that could be as an option to add to people, after some amount of days when they stay to have cleaning. Otherwise the girl was super nice to us, she let us to check out later, we are very thankful for it :)

Amazing locality, nice room with new and clean equipment. Helpfull and nice stuff that speaked english and delicious breakfast.

Superb

Excellent location. Close to the shops, buses, train station, restaurants and beach. The apartment was modern, clean, very well-equipped with a nice bathroom. I really like that instead of the sweet snacks in the room we got a voucher to the cafe which was close to the apartment. This is a much better idea. So I like it :)

Frustrating and disgusting!

Nothing!

I begin my assessment as a warning to any prior agreement I may make with the Havana attendant. She is a speechless, liar, underhanded and ZERO problem-solving person. I arrived at B&B Calypso on 11/07, where I was welcomed by Havana, where I informed that my return flight would be after check-out time. Soon I asked if it would have an extra cost or even the payment of an extra day to go out after hours, because my wife is pregnant and we would not be able to stay on the street with suitcases for so long, approximately 9 am. Havana said in front of me and in front of my wife that we could be without any problems until 18:00. OK! We accept and agree on this. On 11/10 the day we had agreed to leave at 18:00, I received a message at 14:00 asking me to leave immediately, as she would have new customers coming in, I needed to leave. In other words, the agreement with the previous customer no longer matters, even because he had already made the payment. I went to the Hotel immediately to try to resolve the situation and that's where I saw this attendant's total incapacity. He had the COURAGE to say to my face that he DIDN'T say or agree anything about leaving at a specific time with me. She started to be extremely rude and talking loudly, demanding that we urgently leave the hotel room. A total absurdity and unpreparedness to perform the function to which she was assigned. If managing 3 rooms shows so much incompetence, imagine if they were more!! Chaos would be completely set up. Alert to the next guests, be very careful!! The hotel does not have breakfast, they provide a card to go to a specific cafe where you are entitled to 1 coffee and 1 croissant. If you want something else, you have to pay from your own pocket.

Exceptional

We are a couple on a motobike tour. In two weeks all over Mediteranian , this was the best suprise. I booked just a day or two before as it seemed Ok. But it was more then Ok. Impecably clean, very nice outside and inside and very nice ladies welcoming us with lemon water after a hot trip. The beach is a stonethrow away , it is similar to all beaches in Rimini, but I think Rimini is more than a beach. It is about long walks, good food and having an aperitiovo(s) :) in numerous bars. Hotel is ivery centrally located but in nice and quiet location cca 15 ro 20 min walk to either old centre or beaches and areas with most buzz. ( that is not a lot of distanca as Rimini is huge) But there are also bikes and buses when you do not feel like walking. Being from touristic Adriatic country like Croatia I think I can judge fairly the cost to value worth, and this was great!

Everything was perfect and to very high standards. Comfortable bed, immaculate clean, and the bathroom is equipped with everything and really nice.
