Pulizia impeccabile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizi igienici ottimi e letto comodissimo!

Si potrebbe migliorare la colazione, potrebbe essere un'idea quella di attuare una convenzione con un bar vicino.

si è trattato di breve soggiorno per proseguimento, ma soddisfatta della cordialità ricevuta.

ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla stazione ma anche vicino al centro. Stanza spaziosa, pulita ed accogliente. Bagno con doccia molto comoda. La host che ci ha ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere il luogo erano molto precise ed accurate. Lo raccomando.

Stanza spaziosa, pulita, con tutti i comfort. Davvero bella e sono certo che ricontatterò la struttura se mai dovrò tornare a Pescara.

Accoglienza calorosa. Indicazioni su come arrivare. Stanza molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Servizi di cortesia. Bevande e snack. Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Locali per bere e mangiare a due passi.

La posizione è centralissima. Di fronte la stazione centrale. Essendo andata da sola avevo un po' paura invece la zona è molto tranquilla,stessa cosa riguardo il condominio. La camera era molto accogliente e pulita. Volevo smentire delle recensioni che parlavano di rumori fastidiosi. La notte ho dormito tranquillamente. Di giorno è normale che ci siano dei rumori ma niente di eccessivo.

Metterei una zanzariera almeno nella finestra del bagno.

Piccolo ma comodissimo

Posizione comoda a 2 passi tra la la stazione e il centro, staff cordiale. Camera piccola ma pulita, molto comodo il letto! Il bagno munito di qualsiasi cosa, doccia super con i diversi getti d'acqua a scelta.

Se dovessi ritornare a Pescara non avrei dubbi su dove pernottare.

The room was great. Clean. With all the needs for a nice stay. The bathroom was nice. The location is perfect, in the center of Pescara. The bad is confy. The staff is polite. Overall I like this place.

The breakfast is poor. You have some facilities in the room like a microwave and coffee machine to make your breakfast directly in the room. There are some cereals and coffee cups. However, for the rest, there are just some snaks, some sweets, all of them packed sweets. The breakfast is poor. I had mine at some nice bars you have around.

Good location in a cute city

Location was very nice, the entrance to the building was confusing and not a "normal" accommodation entrance. Shower was good and the room was spacious.

The breakfast was bad. It was kept in the room from when the cleaning staff was there the day before until the next morning. The wifi was fine but not good enough for work meetings etc.

Convenient place for travellers using Pescara Centrale

Unbeatable location near the train station and the centre.

A bit dated already (crammed, walls dirty, lift from a precious epoch). Breakfast is not really a breakfast, just some pre-packed items in the room and a strange coffee machine.

Tutto perfetto tranne la colazione

Insonorizzazione, letto stracomodo, pulizia, posizione strategica x ristoranti, fronte stazione, parcheggio a pagamento (2,50 euro al giorno) proprio di fronte.

Premesso che la camera ha un' insonorizzazione ottima, che il letto è comodo ed è tutto molto pulito, la colazione purtroppo è il punto dolente. Probabilmente a causa del Covid erano disponibili solo merendine confezionate e fette biscottate, fruttini e monoporzioni di marmellata/cioccolata. Immagino che normalmente, senza le restrizioni, la colazione sia più curata.

MOLTO BENE

La posizione è perfetta, di fronte ad un parcheggio ad alta rotazione ma l'ideale è il treno, 200 metri dalla stazione a ridosso del centro urbano e chiuso al traffico. Ambienti confortevoli e puliti con larga dotazione di asciugamani ben climatizzati che evita l'apertura delle finestre (notevole il rumore esterno che non viene percepito). Colazione all'italiana disponibile all'interno della stanza abbastanza varia ma migliorabile in qualità.

We had a very nice stay on the whole and would recommend B&B Luxury Suites.

The location was fabulous, very central to everything in Pescara. The staff and proprietor (Mario) were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating especially Francesco and Antonella. Rooms were very clean!!

The elevator was terrible...very noisey (our room was right next to it). It was very small and claustrophobic. "Breakfast included" was not what we thought. It should be noted that it is wrapped sweets, cereal in dispensers and a nespresso machine that you can make your own coffee. The juice and water in the refrigerator was nice. On the whole it all worked well for us.

Very well appointed and tastefully decorated.
