Emplacement idéal : dans le centre, avec nombreux commerces et restaurants, gare et transports en commun à proximité ainsi que la plage. Chambre climatisée, propre et au calme. Espace commun cosy et bien organisé.
Nous n'avons rencontré l'hôte qu'à la fin de notre séjour mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème. On communiquait via Whatsap.
Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Petit déjeuner un peu trop sucré à notre goût mais l'hôte rencontrée à la fin du séjour a été à l'écoute et nous a dit de ne pas hésiter à le préciser la prochaine fois. Si prochaine fois il y a, c'est bien là que nous retournerons!

The B&B was perfect for what I was looking for: a clean, comfortable place to sleep during a summer vacation. The breakfast provided was nice and very clean. It's in a very central location, right next to the bus station and also the main center of Pescara and the beach. If you're going to be out and about during the day and just need a place to stay at night, it's a great option.
It's a simple room, which isn't a bad thing, as long as you understand that. You can hear other guests if they are being loud, but it was never really an issue for me. There probably could be a bit more drinking water provided in the kitchen during the summer. It was probably more expensive than I'd like for a place for just sleeping and breakfast, but that's more reflective of the general prices in August than the establishment. No complaints, just observations.

Il letto matrimoniale ha un materasso troppo sottile e la rete è sfondata. Il piatto della doccia non riceve bene e si allaga.
