Room was clean and comfortable. Don’t worry with toothbrushes for the guests… supply some tissues!
Kitchen amenities were nice and convenient.

The place is incredible. Very new, well designed and clean. The best and pillows are extremely comfortable, probably one of the best I have ever used while traveling.
Breakfast is a voucher that you use in one of two partner bars close to the place, where the food is quite tasty and people are friendly.
Neighborhood is upper middle class, close to the beach, full of amazing restaurants all around.
One thing I can recommend to the owner is to share the check in information automatically to the guest once the check in hour hits, because I had an issue with communicating with the owner, and had to wait outside the hotel for 2.5h to be able to get feedback on how to check in. I understand this can happen, so just giving some constructive feedback.
Overall, amazing and will definitely come again if I am in Pescara
