You're only a half-mile walk from the Deschutes River, along attractive bike and walking paths. The few restaurants and shops in Sunriver, as well as SHARC (the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center) are within two miles. Skiers can travel 21 miles to Mt. Bachelor Ski Area for some of the region's best skiing. The gorgeous wood interiors of the chalet create a warm, inviting feel. Light a fire and watch something on cable, or choose something from the selection of DVDs. There's WiFi available in case you need to keep up on work emails and a Pack 'n Play to keep the youngest entertained. The well-stocked kitchen has a coffee maker to help you get energized in the mornings. Use the mixer to cut down on prep time and the dishwasher to make cleanup easy and fast. A grill outside helps you barbecue on nice afternoons. Take yourself off the grid and spend long afternoons in board game tournaments or reading books from the shelf. At night, soak away any ski-related aches in the hot tub and watch the stars come out. The house also provides a Ping-Pong table and bikes for the whole family to ride. Three bedrooms have room for eight lucky guests total. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, with the one on the upper floor having access to its own balcony. The kids' room has two twin-over-double bunk beds. For a small nightly fee, dogs can join in the fun. With two bathrooms, it's easy to get in a shower. There's also a washer and dryer, so active groups can always have a supply of clean clothes. Families with kids will appreciate the versatility of this rental. Take the kids for a ski lesson at Mt. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This house was amazing and has everything we needed. Super fun to be able to bring our dog since we never like to leave him behind. The hot tub was great and everything was clean. Everything worked great and such a lovely space.

Friendly family. They have everything as kid toy, a ton board game, bikes, kid/adult books, etc. (You don't have to bring it). It made it easier for us to have a large number of people. You just can drive a normal car without load stuff. Even they have a baby changing table. They have coffee maker and filters, too. The kitchen has everything and foil too. We shocked that 3 foil boxes there! We didn't like fancy home. This home is perfect for a cozy and happy family. We are very satisfied and will be glad to do again for next time.

Very comfortable home for 4 adults and children. Great location near bike trails to use provided bikes to access river trail, short distance to SHARC, village, etc. Loved having deer and quail come up to nice backyard deck. Enjoyed hot tub. Overall good experience and would stay here again.

This was a great getaway for family getaway with 3 young granddaughters and dogs. Lots of games to play, bicycles for all
ages, even ping pong & hot tub. We enjoyed sitting on both decks front and back. Nice and roomy and adequate. It has been well used which was fine with children.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rustic feel, nice, private hot tub and lots of bikes! Vacasa team was very responsive if we had any questions. One note: bike path goes through the back about 20 yards off the porch, just to let future visitors know. The SHARC passes were fantastic!

We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of this home as well as the cabin like feel. It was close to the golf course and the bike trail with a short walk to the river or the village. The owners put a lot of work into making sure that there are a lot of comforts for families such as movies, books, games, toys, and even a ping pong table. The cabin was roomy even with two families staying for the weekend. The kids loved the bunk room and the private hot tub! We will come back and stay again!

Very kid friendly
This house was fantastic for children! There is a closet of games, another closet of toys, countless kid movies, and a drawer of art supplies. The house was clean and they had labels on cabinets in the kitchen. We used the hot tub constantly and it was very well maintained. Super happy with this house!

We stayed for a girls weekend in August. The house is dated, with older furnishings and has not been updated for a while. The house smelled a bit musty and the rugs in the kitchen looked dirty. The washer had a black film in it that looked like grease or sand. The king bed in the downstairs bedroom was very comfortable, but the upstairs king was really hard, squeaky and uncomfortable. The bunkhouse room was great if you had kids but didn’t work to good for us older ladies.
The deck area was awesome, hot tub fine and the kitchen had the things for cooking you might need, minus any spices oils,wrap,foil, ziplocks.
The bikes were more for adult men, with only one ladies bike.
We enjoyed the SHARC passes and had some fun in the lazy river there .

We had waited to finally make a reservation to go to the sharc pool and even arrived earlier only to find a huge line just to get in with a reservation, we had a 2 hour time frame they give you and we would have lost a hour waiting in the reservation line .. weve never been so was bummed and walked away.

4.5 stars- really appreciated the closet full of toys, bikes, movies, fireplace and wood and comfy beds. BBQ, big deck and hottub were also really nice. The location was a short ride to the village and right on the bike path of the river loop.
The living room furniture and pillows are in definite need of replacement. Also there were a lot of dirty dishes in the cupboard that we ended up washing - the dishwasher needs replaced as well.
The weather was cold for us in early June so we weren’t interested in swimming but sharc is only open on weekends right now due to a staffing shortage + with covid you have to reserve a swim time. There aren’t any other pools available in sunriver unless you are staying with sunriver resort (confirmed this with the concierge at the lodge).
Overall this is a good home for families. Floor plan is great for a family of 4 downstairs and 2 upstairs.
