About this condo rental
Located in Copper Mountain, this charming condo for $149 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This clean and homey condo, located next to Copper's lively Center Village, will be the perfect home-base for your ski vacation! It is a large one-bedroom with 780 square feet - about 200 more square feet than most other one-bedrooms at Copper. The huge master bedroom has two queen beds and a loveseat for lounging. Two more people can sleep in the sofa bed in the living room. Sleep 6 comfortably and save! But, we only recommend the convertible beds for kids - adults are happier in real beds! Highlights of our condo include: *Amazing mountain views through our new picture windows and from the balcony, *Double-sink vanity in the modern, updated bathroom, *Fully equipped kitchen, *Free Wi-Fi internet access, *Flat screenTVs and DVD players in both the bedroom and living room, *Gas fireplace, *Elevator, *Alcove with bench in the entryway for all of your winter layers, *Laundry room just down the hall, *Free assigned covered parking - 1 space, *Lockbox right outside the door for convenient check-in/check-out, *Assigned ski locker in the lobby, and *Personalized service from locals at the small rental company - Summit House is just steps away from the lifts in center village, but set back enough to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the main village. You can see the American Eagle lift and the ski runs from the dining room picture windows and the walk-out balcony. But, please note that if you're looking for luxury or premium accommodations, Summit House is not the condo for you. The building was built in 1973 and has not changed much since. But, if you're looking for a convenient and roomy home for your fully-charged ski vacation, you'll love this unit. Most of our guests love the condo and its location - we have many repeat customers. But those of you who are happiest in upscale, luxury accommodations, then please check out the Cirque or the Cache! Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware and utensils, along with cooking and baking equipment. You can save money by preparing your meals in the condo. For added convenience, take the free Copper village shuttle to any other lifts at Copper's Union Creek or East Village. All shuttles and the Summit Stage stop minutes from Summit house. The Summit Stage is a free bus that will take you all over Summit County. Copper Mountain is located in the heart of Colorado ski country. Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone are all 20 minutes away. Arapahoe Basin and Loveland are just 25 minutes away. Beaver Creek and Ski Cooper are 30 minutes away. And Winter Park, Steamboat Springs and Monarch are only 90 minutes away. The unit does not have a land-line telephone. No Smoking Allowed. Payment/Cancellation Policy - We require a 50% initial payment to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your Arrival Date. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, we will send a refund. NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance including coverage for cancellation due to any reason. Unused nights caused by early departure, and/or a reduction in nights, for any reason, are considered cancellations. Summit County, Colorado. We came to Copper Mountain for my sons snowboard competition. This place was very convenient and centrally located to the entire resort. It’s description was accurate and we would stay there again.

When we arrived, the couch cushions were dirty. Not sure what it was likely dirt from animal or shoes.
The sheets on the pullout couch had not been changed. When we pulled out the bed for my kids to sleep, the sheets had blood on them and the bed was clearly folded up after someone had slept in it.
Some updates would make this more appealing, but the cleanliness certainly was disgusting.

The property was nice, clean, and had covered parking. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the village and ski lifts. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit.

Thanks for the little things that improved the stay-humidifiers, lotion and full bottles of shampoo and soap. Super easy process, great location and the covered parking was huge!

We picked this VRBO due to its location to Copper ski mountain. 261 steps to the bus drop off at center village and 150 more to lifts. You are on the American Eagle gondola in 5 minutes. Comfortable condo. Kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils and pans. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap etc. one negative: parking lot lights shone through the blinds at night.

We stayed here for two weeks. It was comfortable and clean. The location was good to walk ti center Center Village. You can see the fireworks from the window. A few things to note of you use the fireplace there is no thermostat in the bedroom so that gets gets really cold. No big deal just something to be aware of. Also, when we arrived there was smoky no toilet paper. We did leave six rolls when we left but it would be good to at least have a few rolls there. I’m sure this was the cleaning company and not the owners.

We were in town for a music festival and this was the perfect spot for 4 friends. Plenty of room in the apt and we loved that we could walk back and forth from copper. We definitely recommend.

It was again very clean and well maintained. Very close walk to main lifts all all action in the Center Village. This is our second time in this unit this month and will return next year and request same condo. The property management company was super friendly & extremely helpful! Excellent nice experience all around!!
