About this house rental
Located in Jensen Beach, this charming house for $200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to Our Home which we hope will feel like Your Home! Fully renovated in 2004, this Jensen Beach Slice Of Heaven offers a fully fenced property, lushly landscaped w/palm trees, flowering shrubs & vines, offering beauty & privacy. The backyard screened lanai doubles the size of the living space. Enjoy the lanai’s private heated salt water swimming pool and patio areas both covered and open to the sun for lounging, reading, sunbathing, grilling & dining…all fully screened in. This older established neighborhood of single family homes is the setting for our family’s long loved home. The interior includes fully equipped kitchen w/newer range, refrigerator and microwave. There are plenty of colorful and fun dishes and serving pieces. The Great Room has two distinct seating areas: A large comfortable sectional facing a wall-mounted flat panel TV and another area with a love seat and club chair w/coffee table. Indoor Dining table seats eight. (Outdoor dining table seats 6 and the extra tiki tables and stools and tiki bar accommodate even more). The dining area is fully open to the kitchen and Great Room. En-suite Primary Bedroom has a king size bed, and doors opening directly onto one of the patios. The large step-in shower has 2 shower heads. Two additional bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and one with two twin size beds. All bedrooms have built in shelving in the closets. Hall bathroom has bathtub/shower. Full sized Washer & Dryer area is off kitchen in the attached (tiled floor) garage which also has a water cooler and functions as a multi purpose room…pantry, beach chairs, bikes, cookware, etc offering plenty of storage. There are no basements in Florida! Short drive (under 3miles) to numerous Hutchinson Island beaches, including the large, main Jensen Beach with cafe. Just a mile from the house is the big supermarket, Publix. Winn-Dixie is even closer. There are so many stores and restaurants and a great fresh fruit and vegetable stand, Barbour's, all close by. Try the fresh squeezed tangerine juice at the food stand right there. Neighboring town of Stuart is just 2 miles away, with even more restaurants and boutique shopping. Wonderful package of serenity, convenience, and beach proximity!

We enjoyed our 2 weeks, especially our 2 doggos who enjoyed running around the enclosed large yard. Pool was always comfortable and neighborhood was quiet.

Peter, our host, was amazing, and we felt as if we were staying at a good friend's home-not just a run of the mill rental. Lots of notes regarding great local places to eat, and things to do in the area. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for AM walks and even a small playground a block away for the kiddos! The pool was clean and refreshing, the kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of towels AND beach towels to use poolside, or for a trip to the Atlantic. Only a 15 minute drive over the bridge to some delightful public beaches, and we even found a great "doggie" beach-OFF LEASH!! WooHoo! It was a memorable vacation for EVERYONE!

The property was clean. The pool area was wonderful. My husband and I stay for two weeks and our daughter stay for 5 days. The location is very nice. Close to everything.

The house is very comfortable, a bit dated but cozy. There were many amenities not listed including kitchen appliances, bikes, beach chairs and a kitchen with many helpful items. The beds were very comfortable with a good air conditioning system. Plenty of towels for shower and pool. The pool area was wonderful with a large shaded area with bar and fully screened in. I can't say enough about the owner Peter. He was so responsive with all things. There were a few things that needed attention and he was quick to remedy. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one..and it was! I would recommend this house for a nice comfortable visit.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay in Peter's home for several months upon relocating from Mass. to Jensen Beach. The home is located in a well established, quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Jensen and Hutchinson Island as well as downtown Stuart. Beautiful private backyard with the highlight being the pool area with lanai. the backyard was perfect for my dog as well :)
Peter was extremely accommodating and flexible with us. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay! Also close to supermarkets and restaurants. You cannot get more convenient than this location.
I would highly recommend this home for a quick getaway or an extended stay!

This was a very nice fund. The owner was available for any questions and you could immediately tell it was perfect for having our young grandsons with us. A comfortable atmosphere, a nice pool and really convenient restaurant choices nearby.

It was an excellent stay - beautiful heated pool - everything you would ever need supplied - well stocked. Beautiful quite neighborhood. Restaurants and Publix nearby was a big plus. The host was fantastic and so helpful.

Exceptional location and private property in a calm and quiet neighborhood close to everything!
The property and home are incredible! The fenced in yard and beautiful foliage provided an amazingly private experience! The grill was in amazing condition and the extra tank of fuel was a great addition in case you run out. The yard and home were very well kept and inviting!
The pool and spa were very well maintained and the home owner's excellent availability and communication made operating it a breeze!
Plenty of utensils and dishware made preparing and cooking meals an easy and enjoyable experience.
The location is excellent, a short drive to stores and restaurants, with some amazing recommendations provided by the homeowners in their informational binder.
There are a lot of close beach options (within 10-15 minutes) that made this an A+ location to stay, we couldn't have been happier.
The bar and outdoor table provided plenty of room for dining, you can easily entertain for a party of 14+ if needed. There were pool toys available behind the bar that provided hours of entertainment for the kids in the pool.
The location in addition to the excellent communication from the home owner make this an amazing rental that we can't wait to return to!

The host Peter was very friendly and helpful. Our family had a blast, and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Last, but not least, Peter, the homeowner was the best we've ever dealt with, and we have rented many properties over the years. So, many thanks, Peter, for sharing your lovely home and for your graciousness.

Home is comfortable and the heated pool and lanai were really nice. Quality, quiet beaches are a short drive away; mid-January water temps were very manageable. Peter was very responsive to questions. Great trip!

Spring training getaway
House is located in a convenient location to attend NY Mets spring training games and spend time at beach. Most importantly we were able to simply relax at the pool, enjoy the warm weather and the quiet neighborhood. Peter was great about keeping in touch to answer any questions we had.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Location was ideal for us. Pool was nicely heated with the ability to boost the heat if needed. Paul was great talked me through a lot about the house. When we had problems getting the pool heater to work properly he sent someone over within the hour. Will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay in Jensen Beach that much more enjoyable.

Would stay here again!
After booking the property several months in advance i was unsure of it. My sister and i were in the area a couple of weeks prior to our stay and knocked on the door hoping to get a look of at least the back yard. To our surprise Peter the owner was there and invited us into the house. Immediately I felt better! The house is larger than it looks in the pictures and is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood and has a playground less than a block away. We loved the pool, hot tub and screened in lanai!
The beds and bedding are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels for the house and pool area. The washer and dryer are full size and very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and had three different coffee pots for us to choose from:)
Beaches and shopping are just a few minutes drive and the house had beach blankets, coolers and toys for the kids.
Peter, the owner is awesome! We contacted him a couple of times with questions and he responded immediately and was helpful and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again!! Thank you Peter for your thoughtfulness and the care you took in furnishing the house!
