Enjoy the spectacular mountain views in the coziness of our completely renovated condo. Your secluded...AND COVERED...deck will offer you a private, treetop view of beautiful aspens and spruce. The fall colors are stunning and when the leaves fall, the mountains are unforgettable. Your experience is enhanced by our complete remodel. The warm look of limestone and granite will give you an upscale feel...along with new designer furnishings and stainless steel appliances. Watch your favorite shows or our collection of DVD's on our flat screen TV's in the living and bedroom. For skiing, you are just one mile north of the Purgatory/Durango Mountain Ski Resort. There is a free shuttle to take you directly to the resort and back. You have close proximity to the ski resort, but are removed enough to have a quiet evening enjoying the heated pool and hot tubs.

Nice condo with many amenities. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning so it stayed very warm (70 degrees) despite the fans on and windows open at night, so be aware. kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy to cook all meals in the place. Close to many hiking trails.

Overall a fantastic stay. Second time we’ve stayed at Cascade (first time in this unit) and it was great. Easy to find, great spot for hiking near Silverton, and has everything you’d need for cooking and what not. Would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this property. We stayed here for a week and it was nice and quiet and the condo was very clean and had everything one would need to enjoy your stay.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel like “home.” We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to get away.We especially enjoyed the fire place and the beautiful scenery. We will be back soon!
