About this condo rental
Situated in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $318 per night is a great option for your next vacation. From the large balcony, you'll love having your coffee as the sun rises and paints the ocean full of color. During the day, enjoy the sounds of sea gulls and laughter as you get away from the heat of the beach and maybe enjoy a good book. In the evening, you'll enjoy the cool breezes and relax to the sounds of waves crashing onto the beach. It really is magical! Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This fabulous 3 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and a vanity for getting ready for a night on the town. The second bedroom has a double bed with a TV. The third has a bunk bed along with a twin. There are two full baths in the hallway that would be shared with the three bedrooms. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa allows for additional sleeping accommodations and has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need for those night you choose to cook at home. The living room and breakfast bar has plenty of seating for everyone to spend time together over a meal. The unit also features a washer/dryer and internet. Come stay with us anytime of the year, enjoy all that amenities that this unit offers and create your own Ocean City memories! THINGS TO KNOW: * A $50 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and paid in cash. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk. Building fee will increase in 2024 to $75.00 * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. * Sorry no pets. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. * A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. * This condo is on the 18th floor. The Capri is an elevator building. * Indoor pool, game room, sauna and fitness room opened year round (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.) * Storage unit in parking area provided for guest use. * Beachfront building * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street. * We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. Control # 24141 **To our guests** We do not advertise on Craig's List or other classified ad sites ****Important**** Linens and towels are included with all rentals from the start of Memorial Day Weekend through the end of Labor Day Weekend. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The unit was nice, as shown and the balcony great. Access to beach was easy. Beach was wide and very nice. Parking (had to pay $50 for each vehicle) and we were not allowed to park before 4 pm. Even though unit was ready (it had been cleaned and cleaning crew was gone), access was not granted until 4 pm. (other people in the building were checking in early as units were ready). This owner also requires all dishes be cleaned and NOT loaded in the dishwasher and dishwasher unloaded, which is a hassle - meaning all dishes have to be handwashed final morning.

This was the second time we stayed here and it was just lovely. Ocean front is the best and the beaches do not get overly crowded. Great restaurants around. Our kids are older, so we don't head south to the boardwalk or other amusement attractions, so this location is perfect. Everything was in order when we arrived, clean and ready to go. The only thing I would change is to have the floors mopped on occasion if possible. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a Keurig and a tiny coffee maker (we are big coffee drinkers, but not Keurig lovers, so a larger coffee maker would be a great addition). So nice that linens are provided, but we brought our own (this was a new addition from last time and I prefer our own stuff anyway). Check in is a breeze with the keypad lock system. Thanks for a great stay!!!!!

A perfect location for springtime beaching with family (perfect location and facility for our little people)! Oceanfront balcony was stunning. The condo was beautifully appointed. Only issue was the cleaning people did not leave supplies as promised!

Only issue was at check in with security and then not being notified the week we stayed was open parking due to construction, thought we had a situation when someone parked in our spot, security said park wherever i don't have time to keep track of everyone, however the residents were very nice and explained no assigned parking, so ok to park wherever due to construction. Seriously only issue which wasn't even anything, quickly resolved.
