Located in Beaver Creek, this lovely condo for $545 per night is a great option for your next break. You can't beat this location for its direct proximity to the Strawberry Park lift. Also, the Beaver Creek Village with shops, restaurants, ice skating rink, and nightlife is right across the street. We also own the unit directly downstairs, which is the same size and configuration. If you need more space for a larger group, you can rent both units. If this unit is occupied, you can to see if that one is available. VRBO #2220803 Summer is amazing in Beaver Creek! There are so many outdoor activities available such as mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, ATV riding, etc. The unit has A/C - but it is usually not needed. The weather is great in the summer! Summer activities include : Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival July 4th related activities Beaver Creek Rodeo Wine & Spirits Festival Oktoberfest The unit offers a full kitchen, so that you do not have to eat-out for every meal. It has a wood-burning fireplace, washer-dryer unit, 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room also has a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is a balcony with a great view of the town and the mountains behind it.

Great Condo and very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was.. This condo made it very easy to cook in for the family, waffle maker, blender, griddle, and plenty of pots/pans and cutting boards. Plenty of space, and very clean.. Conveniently located a few yards from strawberry park lift and a few steps to shopping and restaurants. Easy ski in/out, and best part is that the Beaver creek medical center is located in the building. Would highly reccomend staying here.. .

Brought a family friend to introduce them to Beaver Creek. Everyone loved the condo - had everything we needed from full kitchen to washer & dryer to a 3rd bathroom. Loved it being right next to Strawberry Park lifts - such a convenience to go to McCoy Park.

The property has an amazingly convenient location right off the Strawberry chairlift and is only a short walk from the village center. The unit itself was very nice and well appointed, and is actually nicer than what the photos show. There are some signs of age, wear and tear, and deferred maintenance, but nothing that took away from our overall stay. Would definitely come back and also highly recommend to others.

Was our first trip to Beaver Creek and not knowing where to stay this ended up being ideal. Very spacious condo with a great layout. Literally ski on / ski off and also 2 minute walk to village. Highly recommend. Ty for a great trip!

This is a fabulous unit. The location can't be beat, ski right out the back or head across the street to the village. Very clean and very quiet spot. We had 3 kids and two adults and had plenty of space. Can't wait to get back.

This is our second visit. Great unit with lots of privacy between bedrooms. 3rd full bath off living area a real plus. Wood burning fireplace makes it cozy. Everything is as described. When we used the amenities (ex. hot tub apres ski) we always had it to ourselves. Just off the base of Strawberry Lift, there are so few steps between the condo and the ski locker and the slopes. We hope to come back again.

This condo fit our family of 5 perfectly and had everything we needed. It’s literally across the street from ski rentals and all of Beaver Creek Village and you can walk out the door to the lifts. We used Ride Taxi to get from EGE and it was about half the cost of the other private shuttles, super easy too.

Our family makes two ski trips every year, and we have stayed at various vacation rentals for the past eight years in Colorado and Utah. This is the best property we have stayed. The location cannot be better, a true ski-in/ski-out. The property is spacious for our family of four. My daughter and son appreciated having their own bathrooms, which is a very rare find. Kitchen is well stocked, and there was everything we needed to make our own meals. Bed is super comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa facility and the gym on the fourth floor. The owner is very responsive to our inquires. Overall this is a great place to call home in Beaver Creek. My kids were sad to have to leave. Thank you, Brett!

The property location was ideally located close to Beaver Creek Village, hiking trails and shops for all the family. The 2 bedroom 3 bath configuration accomodated was the ideal set up and with parking on the same level made a big difference with luggage.

We’ve been visiting BC for many summers and always stay within the “oval” of the village. This time we ventured across the street from the covered bridge to Strawberry Park. It felt like a well maintained, quality property. It was quiet and conveniently located near everything in the village. We had some trouble with the air conditioner in one room streaming water down the wall due to condensation inside it? We reported it to the manager who said she would have someone come out Monday to fix it. For us the weather was mild enough we simply turned the breaker off and found the weekend temperature to be fine. Air conditioners in the rest of the unit worked great. We enjoyed our time at Strawberry Park and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

My family stayed for a while and really felt at home at this place. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. We loved being across the street from the village for music and restaurants- but also convenient to Avon town center and grocery. We enjoyed using the workout area and the property managers were very responsive with questions from “where to get pizza” to “what’s the best way to get to the airport to depart.” If our preferred travel dates coincide with availability, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Property is in a great location on the second floor facing East. You can even see the fireworks from the deck. Easy access unloading your vehicle as you park on the same level and have direct access to the hallway. Fully stocked kitchen, I can't imagine you'd need anything else. There were only 4 of us and there was more than enough seating, probably too much. Super easy access to Strawberry lift, ski lockers are on the 4th floor which you can walk right out the West side and ski over 50 yards to the lift. Kids loved the outdoor pool, was warm enough for my daughter who is always cold! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic location. Great condo, very efficient, with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the condo assoc. hot tub every evening, generally by ourselves. Early Feb, the whole stay felt private and pretty quiet. Everything about this property couldn’t be more convenient. Property manager and owner were both very responsive and attentive. Next trip to BC, we’re staying here again !

Ski in/out to Strawberry Park Lift which brings you to the *new* McCoy Park! Access to the village directly across the street. Owner is very responsive. 2nd bedroom has (2) twin beds & daybed w/ full bath attached and privacy away from master bedroom. A full bathroom off living room—which being the unit to 3 full baths. Highly recommend.

This property was located right at the heart of Beaver Creek Village and able to walk back and forth to condo and restaurants and shops. It was the perfect size for 3 kids and parents. We enjoyed coming "home" every day/night of our trip. We will definitely come again.
