Venetian Bay Villages is a luxurious, family-friendly, gated and luxurious community resort – developed for a holiday lifestyle. The community is only seven miles from the entrance to Disney World and conveniently located to all of Florida's most popular attractions! (Parks, Shopping, Oulet Mall, Golf, Cirque du Soleil, Amway Center, Church Station, and more). There are many beaches on both the east and west coast, the nearest being only 1 hour away. You can visit the Kennedy Space Center is well worth the trip). The spacious clubhouse on the bay of Venice, offers guests a sundries shop, billiards and ping-pong tables, a full gym and a wonderful entertainment area with widescreen TV and theater movies. There are also computer facilities, including Internet connections and a business library. For the more active the recreation center offers a basketball court, tennis court and volleyball. For children, there are games for children wonderful park. And for families there are wonderful picnic areas set up in the gardens. There's even a lake with a dramatic water fountain. There was a great 24hs Walmart nearby that we went a lot. Target and Publix were also nearby.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and five cable TVs (1 in each bedroom and living room), WiFi and free long distance phone for USA and Canada, new large capacity front-loading washer and dryer, French doors from leading lounge to the patio. The entire first floor is handicap accessible, and the first-floor bathroom has a full bathtub. Impeccably maintained and constantly updated.

Wonderful Stay! The property is "Beautiful" and impeccably maintained - absolutely no complaints! The Townhouse was spacious for our family of and most importantly the entire first floor was wheelchair accessible. It truly felt like home! The pictures that are presented truly represent the property. And it had everything that we needed for a great week cooking, relaxing, volunteering and of course FUN!
I LOVED that was a gated community; there was a short wait at times to get through the gates but this was by NO means a distraction to the other great amenities that this property has to offer. We enjoyed the pool, clubhouse, and the basketball court. Not to mention, this property was a centrally located - not far from everything that we needed including close to the amusement parks.
Juan our host, was "Amazing"! Very quick to respond and gave us impeccable instructions for the ease of check in and check out. I highly recommend this property and the HOST! We look forward to more bookings in the future!

This was a great unit and location for our family. It was close to all of the places we were heading to and nicely kept up. A plus was that this was a gated community. The kids had a great time and if we are ever back in the Kissimmee area we would rent this unit again if available. The owner was also great to work with.
