The room was awesome in size , location was close to the event we went to, TV was ease to find something to watch , the room temperature was easy to change .
Couldn't get night stand light to work , soaps in the shower couldn't which was which and one of them was empty , took a bit to find the direct route to where you parked . Wasn't any restaurants close by , we road around a bit and found The Hard Rock .

Such fun decor! Very clean. The staff was friendly and quick to help.
We had average service at the Poindexter coffee shop in the lobby. The food was great and the staff was friendly. They were just slow to get our order prepared.

Close to campus
This was our 4th time staying here and will be our last. Check in was supposed to be at 4. Was told that we wouldn’t be able to check in until at least 4:30 due to a large group that had checked out late. Asked if they could text when room was ready, said they don’t have that capability. Was offered a code for the parking garage that did not work. Had to pay $10.00 the next morning to get out of garage.
