I saw about #10,000 online but when I got to the hotel I was told to cancel the reservation and pay #15,000 was looks li

The AC was not working at all.

Safe, affordable and clean. Value for money.

Didn't have breakfast. The location was quite but felt safe

Decent. Great staff willing to go over and beyond.

They need to offer a note extensive meal menu. Food was limited to rice, semo, and noodles.

I would recommend the hotel provides small chips and snacks. Peppered gizzard, assorted meat, ponmo, and such are great while having a drink at the bar. Multiple times, food was in shortage and we had to make do with what was available. Noodles was always available.

There was no complimentary breakfast My phone was off so I decided to logde in as a first timer, the same room that was meant to be a deluxe was given to me as a kings room . And I asked for breakfast I was told it's not included in the fee.

The AC wasn't functioning, there was no TV channel only about 4 channel and an adult porn channel was added to the channel which my kids accidentally stumbled into while checking for cartoons. This is really bad as they are just minors. I had to do a lot of explanation to let them know it's an adult scene.

The bed is infested with bedbug. The whole hotel needs fumigation against mosquitoes and bedbug

Experience in brief

The dinner Rice and Shicken chef Patience prepared was sumptuous although it was not served in time but I enjoyed the meal and services

Bathroom wasn't so clean enough. The coverlet wasn't too clean enough for me to use. Also their should be other socket outlet for customers in room to use
