Will not recommend this place to anyone

The neighbourhood was ok

The fact that they have a different tarrif from what was on the booking and they were also charging booking fee separately. The hotel looks really run down and needs a lot of face-lifting

Friendly staff, good location, there's room for improvement

Good location

I didn't fancy the fixed time of very early morning serving of breakfast to the room. A scanty breakfast for 2 - a slice of bread was halved with an omelette AND already prepared tea( who does that?) . ONLY 2 UNINTERESTING TV CHANNELS. Equally scanty cereal. AC was an issue in our room especially overnight, luckily, there was a fan. I HOPE THE MANAGER SAW TO THESE AS PROMISED when I lodged my complaint.

Bad hospitality experience

Nothing, broken bathroom doors, wardrobe all broken, all the online service they promised are false, they charge a big amount of money for a very poor service

My night was terrible couldn't sleep, they couldn't even put on the air-conditioning system after paying such amount, the fan in the room was sounding like a drone, I couldn't sleep....very poor service....I seriously regretted getting here

The staff were friendly, they provided a decent breakfast, their showers and AC were working absolutely well. A very good value for money paid.

Good value for money

Staff were quite friendly and helpful. The room was comfortably enough and facilities worked well including A/C and hot water. Power was quite regular with back-up generators providing an alternative to municipal power. Security was quite good in the neighborhood and at the facility itself. Pricing was fair and represented good value for money relative to other comparable facilities in Lagos.

There is no free WiFi at the facility and the listing needs to be updated accordingly as well as showing what options guests have for internet connectivity. The location could be a plus or minus depending on what you're looking for. The facility is set in a quiet neighborhood removed from the hustle and bustle of Lagos main roads which is great if you need the quietness. However, the remoteness of the location also means you need to get everything done including meals before you retire to the hotel especially as it is in a gated community with controlled access.

The hotel was not very accessible and in a hidden street even though the property is average on a half plot of land.
